After buying the ticket couldn't get their site to get past a "sorry servers are busy" every time I tried over the course of two weeks to check my flight itinerary, but with that being said the tickets were real and all I had to do was go to the assistance desk to get my boarding pass.

After booking my ticket, I tried looking up my info on the airline app, but nothing came up.
