Placed an order for a Jersey on November 28th thinking I was giving my item more than enough time to be here by Christmas. I was wrong. My item isn't to be delivered until January 4th well after Christmas. I will not recommend ordering anything from the website unless you can wait months to receive it.
Why did I have to call customer service just to see where my damn order was. Management is terrible here, my order was ordered on the 24th and shipped on 25 August and was supposed to be here September 1 and now I'm getting information from customer service that it should be here on the 15th, this place is terrible. And then you guys try to give me 30% off discount code, I don't want that I want my money back and then customer service is saying if I get the item we can schedule a return, no I don't want to talk to none of you if you guys can't communicate with the customer, then the store shouldn't even be open.
This company is awful. I ordered 3 items from Fanatics/NBA store. I only received two of them. One was broken and the other wasn't even the right team. Even returning them was an awful experience. I still haven't gotten what I actually ordered. This was purchased with the intent of wearing it to an NBA game. I didn't have any of it when attending the game. The photo is of what was supposed to be a Nuggets jacket.
Ordered an XL hoodie, delivery was about a week longer that what they said and when product arrive the label said XL but it would be kind to have said it was a Medium. They wanted me to pay $10 to return it. I did an online chat with Reginald, who took five minutes to reply to any of my questions and comments, said he would not waive return shipping policy and then ended the chat. Funny part was they sent a survey asking about my experience saying they were very concerned about customer service. It is all lip service, do not shop here
Cristin with Fanatics and NBA has provided excellent customer service to help me when i received the wrong order. She was able to get a new order processed and sent out the same day.
Will definitely work with her again!
After receiving an email saying my Christmas order was delayed with no shipping date in sight and I could cancel the order anytime, I spent two days trying to cancel the order and being told that wasn't possible. One agent finally told me the order would be cancelled and a refund issued, only to receive an email the next day telling me the cancelled order had been shipped. This company has no idea what they're doing. Do not do business with them.
Zero stars. I ordered a gift card for my father's bday because his team won last year. Website said 3-7 days shipping before I confirmed. After I confirmed my shipping eta became 15 days. One month after placing the order (and long past my father's bday) I still haven't received the gift card. I called them to see if they would email me the gift card instead and I was told I'd get a call back within 2 days. That never happened and I checked my order status to find out they canceled my order. I specifically said I don't want to cancel it to the person on the phone. How did this go so wrong? Don't shop here!
As a way to reward you from buying something from this store, you'll never be able to unsubscribe from emails. You click on "my account", you'll see a section that says "subscribed to emails" but absolutely no way of actually removing your account. Now i wish i never even bought anything from this piece of garbage website
I just purchased a jersey and they threw on a 13.99 charge for special shipping that I never asked for. A good company will give you an option to click on the special shipping not just automatically add it. They could take a lesson from Amazon. The NBA touts being such a moral entity but these practices show it's just for show! Shame on you!
When hoodie arrived it looked like a Youth Large but it was supposed to be a Men's Large. Their sizes run super small. The hoodie fit my daughter who is a women's medium. Alos, poor quality as compared to buying a similar hoodie at a local store. Will never order from here again.
I ordered a jersey as a gift for my nephew that was supposed to arrive by 2/13, and I paid for 2-day shipping. It still has not arrived. I used the "live" chat and no one answered. I called a few times and the phone sounded like it was off the hook. When I tried the chat again, someone said the jersey won't leave the warehouse until the END of the month. This was not stated on the website at the time of purchase. I asked for a refund, which the rep said I would get, and the rep rudely closed the chat. Customer service is not important to these folks, and it's been a hassle dealing with this store.
We ordered jerseys for our grandsons. Website says ships in two days. After I place the order, it indicated that I would receive jerseys in 2 weeks... now it's three weeks. Wow! If I would have only known.
I purchase a varsity jacket on December 4th and the estimated arrival date was December 14th. I reached out by chat like 3 times, especially once I saw my order said processing still. It had already been a week and a couple of days. Each time I reach out by chat I received different answers or no answers at all besides that I would receive it by the 14th. Once the 14th was here and it was not received I was pissed! I reached for the 4th time and the lady told me the item has not been shipped yet and it's being sent to an escalation team. Which they would get back within 2-3 days. I explained to the lady I really wanted the coat and not a refund. The so call escalation person reach out and explained they had not heard back about the coat and they will let me know something soon. The next day or 2 my money was refunded and I got no explanation! I was pissed! PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! YOU WILL NOT GET THE

First we lost half a day because you havent informed on your website that it was not working. Later you haven't given us promised 10% discount as new customer. And when we paid you did not send any confirmation. You are a total disaster! Fix it or go bancrupt!
Do not purchase from them. I ordered two jerseys the same sizes on the same day for the same NBA team. One fit great and the other was like a giant sack. Returned the oversized one and waited one month for my credit. I emailed and called them over a few days and suddenly got an email that a refund had been issued in the form of a gift card. Seriously? You think I want a gift card to make another purchase from them? Contacted them again to request a refund to my card I paid with. Was told it was a non-issue, and they would correct it within 7 days. 10 days later I contacted them as the credit was not showing up and was told they were behind, but it would be done in the next couple days. 14 days later I called again, and they did not know why it was not done but offered me a $5 credit and said it would be escalated to a higher priority. Just called them again, after another week of waiting, and they still have not processed it, nor do they have an eta other than "should be another day or two". I will never buy from them again and encourage you to do the same.
I ordered a jersey that I didn't want the changed me 13 dollars to ship back and also for a shipping label. I never had any major company charge me anything to return there products back i will never shop with them again.
Bought a city classic jersey for Christmas present with granddaughters name on the back. Custom order $170. Ordered mens large. When it came in, it was sized wrong by the manufacturer and measured a mens small even though it said large. NBA store did take it back and refund money after some effort but not before our grand daughter tried it on and thought she was to fat to fit in a mens large jersey. And not before it was to late to get a replacement. That made for a special Xmas moment
Fortunately, we had also ordered the same city classic jersey from $#*!s with a players name on it ( instead of customizing it with granddaughters name) and although it didn't come in till 2 weeks after Christmas, it almost made up for it.
I received the wrong item and Cristin on their customer service team was so wonderful as she worked to make it right. She was courteous, professional and stayed in contact with me to make sure I was updated. I was never left wondering what the status was and she saw it through and made sure I got what I ordered. As a consumer, it's frustrating when an order isn't right but she made this a positive experience. They are lucky to have her on their team and I will definitely shop there again!
I bought 2 socks almost 2 months ago and they still have not delivered. They have asked me multiple times to check my local post office and I have done that but there is no order. It seems that the order has been lost. On top of that, I asked a refund 2 weeks ago and they have been stalling me since then. They even asked my shipping address multiple times. This place feels like scam!
Ordered a jersey for my son online June, 10 2020. They withdrawn from my account 6-11-2020. Haven't been able to get ahold of anyone regarding the status of my order since. I have sent 3 emails and no way of actually speaking to a person. Very disappointed. I have since put a dispute in with my bank for a full refund.
Answer: You have the same as me and many other people apparently. I ordered with express delivery, been waiting 8 days now and still not a single update. It's as if they took my money and have no intention of delivering anything.
