I have provided reviews on the website for various items that has been purchased. The company does not approve any negative (of course no profanity, etc. were in the reviews) or below 3 star reviews. Only allowing positive to be viewed by others shopping on the site. Skewed and false much? The whole idea of customer reviews is to provide a fair and balanced view of the product!
I have emailed repeatedly, inquiring why negative reviews have not been allowed and have received no response. I also have been hung up on three times by customer service, and told once they would "look into it."

Delia contacted me on Instagram since I have a decent following. They suggested that they give me discounts on items and I'm return I market them on my page. I agreed and initially everything seemed to go well. Their site didn't have a lot of options or variety and most of the things I wanted were sold out. Eventually I settled on two dresses. After making my order, I only received a confirmation email for one dress. I tried to bring this up on their Instagram and that's where everything took a turn. They started asking me very personal and intrusive questions and because I was resistant to give them my personal information they completely ignored my messages after that and did not resolve the issue. Eventually I decided to cancel the payment on my card. Totally a scam! Don't buy from them.

After Delia's Boutique sent me defective merchandise (pair of pants with a hole in the fabric), I've contacted them multiple times and they have NOT responded about a return/refund. Their written policy says I can return the merchandise, but they have refused to provide details on how to do it.

They are a bad business, and fraudulent - I'll not do business with them again.

I don't know where to begin. About 3 months ago I ordered about $250 worth of imaginary items apparently cause I only received one item. Zero confirmation email with a tracking, can't log in to their site. It's like ordering into a black hole. Smh. Now I have to call my credit card company to dispute the charge. What a hassle!

I order from them because my daughter at 6'2" and 125 lbs is very hard to fit, and they have her size. The quality of the clothes is deplorable. Snaps fall off the jeans the second time you wear them, and the material is very thing. The customer service IS HORRIBLE. I ordered clothes for her on 4/13 to ship second day air (their regular shipping takes 2 weeks +). I checked today (4/17) and it says "to be picked" next to my order. They hadn't even picked out my order yet! In the past we've had orders where the clothes were backordered and never arrived at all, and we never received any email informing us that the clothes were backordered. If you're desperate like me and have a hard-to-fit kid, buy from here. Otherwise, take your business elsewhere!

I recently found out about this place through different beauty gurus on youtube. I finally decided to check it out. I went on the website and found out they were having bogo clearance! I ordered two pairs of jeans, two shirts, and a pair of oxford shoes that totaled to about $40, with shipping. I fished around the internet for some good promo codes, I found one that gave free shipping. I added that to the bag and it totaled around $32, steal! I checked out and within a few minutes recieved my confirmation code through email. The next day they sent me my tracking code.
Shipping was expected to take 7-10 days but I recieved my order within four days. I was really happy with the quality of the clothes, especially the jeans. Great experience! Im actually expecting another order from them in a few days, can't wait!

I absolutely love Delias, very cute clothing. Maybe three weeks ago i ordered a jacket from their website, and believe it or not, I still haven't received it. I know Delias usually takes 8-10 days to ship their clothing, (could be improved in my opinion) so when it didn't show up within two weeks and a half i went to track my order on their website. That's when i realized my order had been back ordered. (they don't even have it in my size.) Very much an inconvience concitering they let me even go through with my order not having the size i needed. Very sketchy. I would of never known this if i wouldn't have checked myself, because I didn't get any email or any type of notification telling me this (which would of been very helpful.) I am pretty disappointed that i am yet to get my package and i probably won't even order online their website again.

I used to honestly love this place because of their cheap clearance but now I don't plan on ever shopping there. They have the worst customer service EVER! I ordered a dress and like usual it takes 2 weeks to receive your items and when I did receive it, the package said the size I wanted however, the dress was the wrong size so I complained and they kept saying they were going to mail me a new shipping label so I can return the dress and get the right size but I had to call them 3 times and send them 2 emails in order to get that shipping label because I waited a month for it to arrive. Finally when I received it, I sent it back and I waited for a confirmation email saying they got it and nothing, it wasn't until today I call them and they tell me that the dress was sold out so they refunded my money back. I hate this place now!

There are so many issues with Delia's. Very few of their items have reviews because they refuse to post negative reviews, and all their products deserve negative reviews. You get what you pay for--terrible construction, cheap material, ill-fitting, and nasty customer service. I recently bought a jacket, which I received late, and upon trying it on, the zipper got stuck and broke; I almost had to cut myself out. YOU WILL REGRET WASTING YOUR MONEY HERE.
