Sunday, August 13th at 1:22pm, Shane said I was hired. I gave him my moms number and my number and he said "I'll call you" multiple times and never called. I went in today Wednesday, September 6th just to hear that it took them " A MONTH TO CONTACT ME" and tell me that they had me waiting a WHOLE month for the onboarding with my social just to not be hired?!?!? What kind of $#*!ty management is that? Gina and her managing team suck $#*!! Horrible, Horrible communication!
The salmon has a lot of skin in it it tastes like $#*! and the texture is $#*! as well if u buy salmon at stop and shop that you are very $#*!ed because it is a big big scam
Provided me with a wrong size of product (ordered a body shaper which is so tight, seems like the size of a teenager) and clearly mentioned in their message a 7 day return period with full refund. After I asked for return there is no response from their side. Called the assistant multiple times, not receiving my calls or replying to my messages. This has been the worst service I received till date from any online shopping site. This is literally cheating the customers.

I have been trying 3 days to place an online order at stop & shop. Nothing but problems. I think I'm going to start shopping somewhere else! I even called the 1-800 number and the automated voice said they were having problems and they were fixing it. That was 3 days ago!
Not only are prices higher for less, they want you to bag your purchases and charge you for the bags.
I spend a lot of money in the store,I also play the numbers which is where my complaint is,about a year ago I had a very bad experience,the women behind the counter short changed me and I inform her that she did I had to get the manager (who didn't introduced himself to me) but anyway I got the money owed to me every since then when I go to play the numbers when these women (they don't act like women) but anyway when go to play the if they see me approaching the area to play the numbers they will put up the closed sign (and be laughing about what the just have done) I'm just fed up. I look for a manager but to no avail. That day I had to go to a gas station to play the numbers which was out of my way. I don't cause any problems in the store but it's now coming to the point I'm angry and disappointed that stop and shop have personal acting like this.im really upset this has been going on for a long time.
I and my family shop at Stop and Shop every week. My loyalty cards wore out some time ago. We also lost one of them. I called their customer service number three different times. I spoke with their customer service team three different times. They each promised me replacement cards, three different times. I received nothing! I stopped at the customer service counter inside of the store and made the same request. Nothing. Now this may not seem like a big deal to some, but the gas savings at Shell are pretty significant. Some as much as a dollar off per gallon of gas. This adds up over the course of a year! This is the worst customer service I have ever seen. Not even an email telling me to get lost. Long Island Stop N Shop stores do not carry Stonyfield plain 0% fat yogurt. They carry other types of Stonyfield yogurt but not the 0% fat. Store manager has not been helpful in this matter
STOP/SHOP BAKERY ROLLS,ETC. SHOULD BE FRESH DAILY,OR YOU WOULD REASONABLY ASSUME. THE TRUTH IS THAT IF YOU BUY 6 'PACKAGED. ' ROLLS IN THE BAKERY,THEY ARE IN FACT BAKED YESTERDAY. IF YOU WANT ROLLS BAKED TODAY YOU MUST BUY THEM INDIVIDUALLY AT A HIGHER PRICE IN A SEPARATE CASE. IS IT NOT REASONABLE WHEN YOU ENTER THE BAKERY OF A SUPERMARKET THAT BAKED GODS. WERE BAKED TODAY?

S&S Stores as a Brand & Company has spiraled downward in past 5 years. Pine St, Bristol location is no exception - consistent cleanliness issues, out of stock items, poor produce quality, limited fresh seafood & deli products, and checkout is slow due to union required staffing & breaks…no matter how long lines are. Experience yesterday was nail in the coffin: Stood at Deli counter in front of (2) employees, not acknowledged, as lone customer as they chatted & worked. Asked if I had a "deli ticket"?, me "no, I'm the only one standing here.", her "You need a ticket, otherwise next customer jumps ahead of you,", me "that's stupid" her "well that's the way things work"., me "In this time you've been unhelpful and rude, you could've been halfway done with my order." I wanted to put her head through the meat slicer! (She ignored me, young kid proceeded to take my simple request of 1/2 lb of S&S Muenster Cheese, but….they didn't have any!…so had to pay much more for Boar's Head brand - not better tasting, you're just paying for their marketing). Yet another (and now my last) infuriating experience at this store. The entire company needs to shut down for 1 week to redefine operation initiatives, supply chain opportunities, associate customer service training, and in-store customer experiences, including Management being clearly visible "on the floor" throughout the store. (Take lessons from BigY).
My Grandson bike and his freinds bike got stolen from the bottle room at stop shop yesterday July 11 I went up talked to the person at service desk she was very nice she called a person from loss prevention security a small Hispanic gie ge was no help at all very rude I told him I had called the police and wondering if they had cameras he told me I cannot tell you that he told the lady in back of service desk to be quiet. The police said they asked him to look at camera and he told them no my Grandson bike was not a cheap bike if we could look at camera we could of seen he walked away with bike bit because of this rude loss prevention person we could not I have been in stop and shop many times and this person is very unprofessional
Every bag I or my 14 yr old son has popped the whole outside of bag and microwave were completely covered in hot butter. My son burned himself. So very disappointed in this product, that was recommend to me.

The security guards at Stop & Shop (particularly at the 174th street location in the Bronx) tend to be dressed casual, with no name tags; anyone can pose as a security guard - one particular person, wearing just a sweatsuit, with dreadlocks dyed red, likes to pick and choose people to follow around at random with no provocation, looking like the criminals they'll claim to be keeping on eye out for, but just looking like hired thugs.
Answer: I can't answer this, but I can affirm it. Stop and Shop is the worst (by far) online delivery service you can use. They delivered a high-price grocery order to me, with a lot of the groceries clearly left outside in a strong rainstorm--which ruined lots of stuff. The company offered an $18,67 credit to make up for this, far less than the value of what they ruined,. I'm shifting to Whole Foods delivery through Amazon,. Note that they're *cheaper* than Stop and Shop. They don't have the profound inventory problems that Stop and Shop can't seem to figure out, and they don't leave your order sitting outside in the elements. On top of that, they have a much, much greater variety of foods,
