Why do you suck so much that nobody likes you and you are rated one of the worst grocery stores in the world?

I can't answer this, but I can affirm it. Stop and Shop is the worst (by far) online delivery service you can use. They delivered a high-price grocery order to me, with a lot of the groceries clearly left outside in a strong rainstorm--which ruined lots of stuff. The company offered an $18,67 credit to make up for this, far less than the value of what they ruined,.
I'm shifting to Whole Foods delivery through Amazon,. Note that they're *cheaper* than Stop and Shop. They don't have the profound inventory problems that Stop and Shop can't seem to figure out, and they don't leave your order sitting outside in the elements. On top of that, they have a much, much greater variety of foods,
