Stein Mart

Stein Mart credit card and Synchrony bank is by far the worst company to deal with when processing payments. I have been in dispute with Stein Mart Credit Card for close to a month now in reference to their claim of not receiving monthly payment. I checked with my bank twice and they claimed they sent the payment to Stein Mart! Stein Mart states they returned to bank said payment due to incorrect bank account. I have a confirmation number for the payment from the ROBOT CHICKEN at Stein Mart. They put late charges on my account and refuse any responsibility for this mistake. Do not deal with these people or Synchrony Bank!

I just wanted to send a huge Thank you out to the Stein Mart store in Chapel Hill, NC. The store managers Kaleigh and Betsey went above and beyond to support a charity Golf Outing that will benefit the UNC Children's Hospitals.The kindness and generosity from these managers was over the top! Keep up the good work ladies. The Chapel Hill community is so fortunate to have a company that gives back to the people that support them.
