Is stein mart a scam or a legit company?

Answer:

I bought a bag from Merchant name is STEINMART and returned because it wasn't the right size. I paid $ $61.82 and received $ $45.80 Refund. When I call to inquire about the difference, they say I had to pay for return delivery and they claim they can't return the taxes you paid. This is BS. Stay away from these assho;*les. You can buy the same bag in many stores for the fraction of what they charge (Burlington, etc). Stay away from these crooks.

Does anyone know why stein mart will not answer my emails for a return label. they will not answer their phone either. i would like some advice.
