I phoned charter one customer service to clarify a payment that I had sent to Stein Mart Credit Card, Stein Mart Credit Cart indicated I did not make the payment. I talk to the customer service rep at Charter One and they indeed indicated that the payment was made and being forwarded to Stein Mart Credit Card. The situation did not clear up and Stein Mart charged me additional late charges because the information I was given by the ignorant customer service rep at Charter One was INCORRECT! Imbeciles!
