Their website listed a course that happens to be what I was looking for assistance with. They failed to get back to me after emailing them 3 or 4 times. I provided all instructions and deadline and no response. I was told they would get back to me within 24 hours, then 12 hours and no answer.
Provided them with over a week for my Eviews assignment. I received the assignment 1 days after my due date. Got penalized for late submission and assignment was average. After complaining for their appalling standards, they offered me 25% discount on my next assignment. Why would I come back again. No refund was offered
Strange to see few bad reviews here but my experience has been very good until now. They are professional, respond to emails immediately. I would say they know their job.
