First, I asked for blazer/sports coat - didnt get it. First I was told you dont have them but you sell them seperately so are you misinformed or was I lied to? Second, I asked for pants, didnt receive pants. Why was I ignored? 3) you gave me shorts that almost perfectly match other shorts you've given me in the past. This was lazy work. 4) most egrigous - you gave me a T-shirt! Why would I want a T-shirt? I dont buy your boxes to get T-shirts!
I am a return member to Stately. I missed the product, efficiency and customer service. In a World of online services, Stately is one that can stand by their brand. Bravo!

Customer service in regards to picking clothing items for the customer is poor. I have received duplicates of items already sent on a number of occasions despite updating my preferences. Sad

I'm new to Stately and have received three boxes. I've been satisfied with all three, but this last one was fantastic! I choose my "look" and I love every single piece!

The customer service rep I had was awesome she made everything work out for me I had a couple of items that I did not wear but I had for a couple of 3 weeks and she worked it out where I could return them so I couldn't have been much happier
My last box was a total miss- not my style. Took me more time to take to UPS. Sent everything back except for some jeans and a cap that stated could not be sent back. The cap was money lost.

I have uploaded photos on two separate occasions and spoken to a stylist and I get clothes that either do not fit or are not my style. I keep having to return the clothes
Although some of the clothes were decent, my experience with Stately is the worst I have had with a company. I was charged a significant amount of money without warning when I was not expecting it; I have had more technical problems with Stately's website than any other I've shopped on, and I believe this to be the cause. Whatever the reason it happened, I let Stately know immediately that there was a mistake and that I did not order anything. Despite having weeks, customer service refused to do anything to resolve the situation, and I now have a box of clothes I did not order and do not consider my property sitting in my garage. I am open to speaking with Stately further, but currently feel I have been deliberately scammed, and am in contact with my bank over the matter.
If you are considering ordering from Stately, read their terms of service in its entirety; there is no official way to return items, no matter the circumstances. It is very easy for them to ignore changes to your subscription and then claim the right to take and keep your money, and other reviewers say that have had difficulty cancelling as well. Unless you would not notice over $175 disappearing out of your account all of a sudden, I recommend avoiding Stately.

The Stately team took the information I provided, built boxes that I personally would never find on my own, and have given me a style that makes me stand out.
There was a point during the winter months I was getting the same style of clothing but just different colors. Also they sent me winter clothes when summer months had already hit my area

While it's hard to nail the clothing in every box, Stately does a great job honoring their promise for exchanges as we work through getting to know each other.

Very disappointed with Stately's lack of concern in customer service. I received 1st package, and only one pair of pants fit. My initial package was held up because my concierge needed more information on my profile. My credit card was charged before getting this info, first bad sign. I updated my profile with all info they requested, and somehow my personal shopper sent one shirt, small size and another in XL. My profile clearly states XXL.
Another big concern and disappointment was the clothing material sent was cheap, nothing close To the quality Stately promotes on their site.
Unbeknownst to me, I was setup on a auto reorder when I made my first purchase. I noticed another charge from Stately hit my CC, and I immediately started emailing concierge to cancel my order. I sent five+ emails expressing my frustrations and pleading w/ Stately to not ship 2nd order and to credit my CC. I never received a real email, same auto reply every time and was unsuccessful getting this order canceled.
It's obvious Stately is a money grab setup, with zero interest doing the right thing, customer service doesn't exist!
BUYER BEWARE! You will be setup on auto reorder each month, after placing your first order. I'm still trying to figure out how this got past me, has to be something in small print (auto monthly reorder). Stately throws a bunch of cheap clothes in a box and will do nothing to remedy incorrect sizing, and they will definitely not work with you in anyway to cancel 2nd order, when attempting this before 2nd order was shipped.

I like the clothes but just wish the clothing brands were more diversified. Additionally, they send things that are unreturnable which can be frustrating especially if the don't fit.

I have had one decent experience in 4 boxes. Too many duplications and size issues and never following instructions... very fristrating please, please acknowledge my cancellation wish.

I was a Stately subscriber 3-4 years ago and didn't love the clothes or the fit and canceled my membership. I have not just liked but loved everything in every box since joining again.

My actual waist size is 34"
I have received several pants from stately in this order and in previous that have a tag that stste they are 34" waist but when you try them on they are 36"
I even measured the pants and they are all 2" bigger than stated in the tags

Same items I dislike keep coming tried Over and over to send back duplicates and disliked item only to keep getting kicked out of site if the next box is 40 percent usable intend to cancel

Great quality and selection but would've liked more shorts in my last order for summer and early Fall. Hoping to get a mixture of pants and shorts/shirts or polos in next order.
