I always receive my orders very quickly and the price point is also very reasonable. I also recommended it to my friends and their orders came in swiftly.
I have ordered from Stateline multiple times and everything I have order has been exactly what I wanted and in the quality I needed. The prices are hard to beat, so whenever I need a new piece of tack I always shop at Stateline. Now the customer service isn't the best but isn't the worst either. I've never experienced a rude representative, however, my questions aren't always answered clearly, and on one occasion I didn't get a reply. The biggest downside is the shipping. It generally takes me two to three weeks to get my items. Now I wouldn't be disappointed if the shipping was cheaper than normal, but it isn't so it doesn't feel like a good deal. The only time I got something quickly was when I got a drop shipped saddle in under a week, so if you order a drop-ship item it might arrive quickly. All in all, I recommend Stateline, just don't be in a hurry and rely on your own research for products instead of relying on customer service.
I was afraid to buy from State Line Tack, because of all the negative reviews on this thread. But, the price was phenomenal, with zero other stores even close. So, I decided to "chance it"... Then, during the check-out process; I saw that State Line Tack has "Amazon Pay". Voila! No risk! So, I bought the Boots on December 26,2022. Today, December 30th, they arrived. WOW! That is faster than just about anyone else I have ever bought from. I do not understand the negative reviews based on my experience! The Ropers are Top Quality... Thanks State Line Tack, you are too!

I've been a customer since I bought my first horse in 1990. Never had a problem with them. Don't know where the bad revuews are coming from.
Almost every review I've ever read about the company says that their customer service was awful. However, after purchasing an order of over $600, which i received a 30% discount on everything, bringing the price well below $450, our order status was "order on hold, contact customer care". I was confused at first and so I emailed them. I didn't hear back for a few days, this being normal for a large company, so I called.
I was on hold for less than 10 minutes before someone answered, which is amazing. The worker was extremely friendly and helped me solve my problem in just a few seconds, even going the extra mile to advise me about a specific product on our list.
Apparently the city we live in has a separate zip code to the outer-limits such as the country, where we live. It got flagged in their system because it didn't match. The woman quickly passed the order through. When I asked if she could give me an estimated ship time, due to covid giving them delays I was curious, she looked for me without hesitation. She then noticed that one of our items looked to be a canceled product. Instead of just allowing us to pay for it without ever receiving it, she took the time to call down to the warehouse and check with them to see if they had any leftover in stock, when they came up empty, she took the item off of the order. We did not pay for the item nor were there any order change fees.
She then recommended a few alternatives to the item, offering the same 30% discount on them if I found something I liked, despite the new order not being over the required $120-ish minimum. She also offered the option for her to combine to orders after so that they would be shipped together, reducing costs on my end.
I was VERY pleased with her kindness, knowledge of the products, ability to help with my problem, the willingness to go the extra mile for my convenience and the overall job well done.
As I have seen others having the same issue as I have had, I wish that I would have done more digging on this company before making a purchase. I bought a $74.96 bag with $9.99 for shipping and $8.28 tax. I needed to return the bag because I got the wrong color and so for us to ship the bag back (since they do not provide free shipping) we ended up paying another $22. Then I get a refund notice to my email for $82.27 which I felt was alarming. I called the customer service and found out that they do not provide return shipping and DO NOT refund you what you paid for shipping which is insane so not I'm just out of $31. Oh also even if you add the tax to what the bag cost they're still off so I'm not sure who is counting money in that office but you're not doing a good job.
I had some difficulty getting my order to go through. I contacted the customer service department, they gave me a number to call to check on the status. After multiple calls, I managed to figure out the problem on my own. The next day I received an email from the customer service manager stating that I am not to contact the pharmacy and that they do not tolerate my behavior. Still no update on the order status… They told me that they were not Amazon and it could take up to 6 business days to fill the order. I went through a lot of hassle just to place the order. I strongly recommend using a different supplier for all of the products they sell. Unless of coarse you like being treated poorly.
This company needs to provide return shipping if they are going to have a robust online shopping business. I just spend $127. Return shipping two pair of boots form California to Pennsylvania. There is no way to know if a boot will fit properly so this company needs to negotiate an at cost shipping rate with a provider that extends to customers who need to return. Subsequently, I will never buy from this company again and I will warn everyone I know off of them. It's just bad business.
I ordered a 78" blanket and they sent me a sheet for a miniature horse. When I called they did send a UPS shipping label and told me that they would ship my blanket as soon as the package was scanned in by UPS. It's been nearly a week and it is still not shipped. The order was still on hold until I called AFTER the wrong order was delivered back to them. I was told that they would expedite shipping. It has still not shipped two days later. On top of that their order history is ridiculous. There are multiple tracking numbers and no indication of what products are specifically associated with a particular package. Finally, I ordered half chaps and didn't find out until a week later that they were back ordered. No "Hey, sorry about the inconveniences. Would you like to select a different item or would you prefer to wait?". Three to four weeks later my order is finally here. I'm sticking with Dover from now on.
May 6th I ordered a felt saddle pad. I paid extra to make sure it would be here in time for a weekend ride. It did not arrive as ordered, and finally received it almost 2 weeks late. In the meantime, since it did not get shipped as planned, I called State Line and asked to cancel the order. Surprise, surprise! They had "just" mailed it out, so I could not cancel the order. Received the blanket, and unfortunately, it did not work for my mare's unusual back. Called, was put on hold for, literally, 30-40 minutes. Finally someone picked up and was told they would issue a return shipping label within 48 hours. That was 11 days ago, and I have no shipping label, even though I have called 3 times and talked to someone. I've lost track of the HOURS I've spend on hold! I will try one more time today. State Line was the "go to" place for my horse, sadly, not any more.
I ordered online saddle bags. I attempted to cancel the order after reading reviews but I was told the orders is processed immediately after it is made. Once, I received the products, they looked nothing like the images on the website. I was very disappointed. The " soft leather" has the appearance of dyed plastic. The saddle bags are smaller than they appear on the site. These are overpriced, cheap and poorly created scams. The return and cancellation process is so difficult that it discourages consumers from attempting to return items. Do not waste money on purchasing anything from this company.
Very disappointed in their policy of 'no exchanges'. Really? Not only do you have to pay return the item, then you're expected to re-order the item that is no longer the same price as it was before Christmas. When asked to talk to a manager, I was conveniently 'disconnected'. My bad for not reading the reviews and 'policy' before ordering. Won't make the same mistake of ordering from them again.
I have yet to receive my order. They assured me that they would not send items via USPS, then turned around and sent them via USPS. I informed them of the problem as soon as I got the shipping email, they did nothing. Three weeks later I have neither the items ordered nor a refund! Talking with them on the phone, they refuse to take any responsibility for their errors! It's maddening!
Not only did they advertise free shipping to then charge you, the way they shipped my products is absolutely out of control. They barely used packing tape leaving gaping holes in the box causing items inside the box to get damaged from rain. They shipped a horse blanket without a bag and it is now damaged from the way the products shipped. Not to mention several items are listed. When you spend over $400, you expect your items to be packaged carefully and to receive all of them. Will never order from here again. I'm livid. Never recieved an email confirmation nor shipping information with the order either. If they don't refund me for the shipping, damaged items, and missing items, there will be major problems.
I have had a horrible experience dealing with State Line tack. What they show on the website for sale is not what what they send you for the Rapid Groom vacuum. Furthermore I have waited the 10+ business days and they will not refund my over $500 purchase. They also have proof of delivery they received it. Everytime I call they tell me they will get back to me and don't. If you want the vaccum and good service buy it from Big D's.
I ordered a pair of boots and it was drop shipped from another company. Because of this reason they are giving me a 10% restocking fee and it cost me $42 to send them back which I had to pay for. Sent emails about my displeasure and never got a response. Don't buy anything from this company it's the worst!

I needed a bit that this company sold. When I bought it offline they said it would be a week later which I understand companies are behind. The thing is I am still waiting for it and when I called and asked they told me the end of September. That is a month and a half after I need it. I am very disappointed. I also paid for an upgrade to shipping so I could get it sooner. I will never buy from this company again.
This place is a scam. They didn't ship my order. Ruined my sisters Christmas gift. The customer service was awful, the lady had such a bad attitude. They are the same as horse.com don't order from either
Another dissatisfied customer. My returned order has been in thier possession (or the manufacturer's) for 2 weeks. $1600 order that I don't have product, or money for. I'm not sure anybody knows what they are doing over there. With all the tech and data management systems available these days there is no excuse for the disorganization and lack of information. I'd rather pay more at a place that cares enough about thier company and customers to invest in better resources for thier customer service department.
I'm also pretty sure the dollar amounts in my invoice were changed after checkout on PayPal. Until the dust settles on (hopefully) getting my money refunded, I'll know precisely how much I was overcharged. Lesson learned, always check online reviews.
If what they are doing is somehow not illegal, it surely is extremely unethical. Never again...
Update: I did finally recieve a refund, minus the 10% restocking fee. Upon further investigation, I was initially overcharged $28 dollars for this item when comparing my order receipt to my PayPal charges. In fact this is the case for many items, over the course of 4 orders I placed. I suspect that I paid about $200 more for items over the last month. It wasn't quite enough for me to initially notice. I'm guessing this has to be illegal. How can they charge a person's PayPal more after the fact. Steer very clear of this company unless you like getting ripped of and jerked around when you need help with an order.
