Almost impossible. Every time I have called I have been on hold a minimum of 20 minutes.
Almost impossible. Emails unanswered except for canned responses. On hold for longer than you can wait with no one answering. Sometimes you are just disconnected.
Worst company ever. They do not answer their phone and messages are a joke.
Over 20 minute wait & then they told me order had shipped. Told them I had just received email stating order would not be shipped for another week & wanted to cancel. Rep stammered & I said I wanted to cancel order. Rep said they would email warehouse but there was no guarantee that order would be cancelled.
