How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at State Line Tack?

Almost impossible. Every time I have called I have been on hold a minimum of 20 minutes.

Almost impossible. Emails unanswered except for canned responses. On hold for longer than you can wait with no one answering. Sometimes you are just disconnected.

Worst company ever. They do not answer their phone and messages are a joke.

Over 20 minute wait & then they told me order had shipped. Told them I had just received email stating order would not be shipped for another week & wanted to cancel. Rep stammered & I said I wanted to cancel order. Rep said they would email warehouse but there was no guarantee that order would be cancelled.

Easy answer--- don't do business with them and warn others! I'm going thru this now with State Line. Going to report them to my credit card company
