Among the platforms I have traded with, including E-Toro and others, this one takes the win in terms of response time and the level of customer service.
I had a problem with documentation updates, the guys from the support did their job promptly and without any delays.

The past few weeks I've had back-to-back phone calls with my account manager from Starlight Capital. The moment I set up an account with this firm I had a good feeling. I sensed it was a good decision and that it would get me to my ultimate goal but I didn't know for sure until I made a trade and saw the outcome. Two weeks in I made my first trade and thankfully with Michaels's help succeeded to make a profit from it. Michael has provided me with many strategies to read and analyze the market that will help me in future trading. Besides the great customer service, the platform they work with is very user-friendly and that is a great bonus.

I'm a very cautious investor, so I did a lot of research before choosing SLC, I even made a few small deposits just to check the company's credibility in the withdrawal process. It should be noted that I have never encountered any resistance or attempt to change my mind, which I believe gave this company a credit point.
As of now I have been investing with SLC for about 3 months and in the meantime, there have been no troubles that I can refer to as a warning sign for my fellow traders. Here few things of what helped to make the choice.

We've had our share of disagreements, and it's been nice to go head-to-head with someone who is highly educated in crypto. I highly recommend the Starlight Capital firm to all traders because I see and feel the potential here.

Trading with this firm has led me to trade more responsibly. Whether it be the trust I was lacking from the beginning or the sense of responsibility I crave to hold. This firm tries its best to give the trader the tools that can help them. Sometimes it can feel like too much and sometimes it can be a great solution.
Many of the tools Jonathan offered me were a bit too much for me, I wasn't sure I can fully put my trust in a stop loss order, so I preferred not to. However, there were other things I agreed to implement and were a great success. Listen to your gut and don't always agree to what your mentor may offer because it may not be the best fit for you. Although this firm only has good intentions for its clients.

My account manager Ben Thomas from the Starlight Capital firm, has helped me more than any of my previous account managers. I have been trading already for 4 years. It felt like yesterday when I opened an account with the first firm. It was quite an experience trying to learn anything and everything possible from crypto to long-term and short-term trades to nft and so forth. Even today, I know there's more than I can benefit from learning.
Ben has been a gem trying his best to update me on the market and the latest news. I don't have time to sit and read the news and really delve into the crypto world, but with my trading schedule, I have it organized. I know when to enter and do a quick check. This way, I don't waste my time or money. This firm has provided me with a lot of benefits, and I hope that ill be an expert trader in no time.

I wasn't necessarily looking for this but now that I have it, I don't know what I did before. Any questions or inquiries are directed to your account manager and if they're not available you have an accessible chat option on the platform that can be a great help.
Now that I think of it this Is a great firm for beginner traders.

I'm new to SLC, but so far, the support has been awesome, the spreads\fees, etc., are highly convenient, and the platform is clear to understand. BUT I have yet to experience their withdrawal procedure. Based on my initial impressions, I expect it to be hassle-free, highly recommend them!

Without Annas' guidance on the trading platform of this firm, I would have to spend a lot of time learning it on my own. Anna speeded up the process for me and told me what I needed to know and the basics of the platform. It was pretty self-explanatory, but a short tour of the website doesn't hurt. Richard Schneider and the representatives of the Starlight Capital firm have gone above and beyond. My trading experience at this firm has been like no other. That's not to say that I've made thousands in a trade, but I have picked up on some techniques that should be used to help me choose and make the best trades. Richard has not been pushy or convincing, which is quite rare to find in a firm.
I am optimistic that I will be able to reach my trading goal with the help of my account manager and the perks of this firm. I wish all of us success in our trading endeavors and that we will be able to eventually reach our goals. Thanks to the Starlight Capital and Richard for everything.

They get you to trust them till you put in the initial funds, then constantly hustle you to put more in so you don't miss out on their "rare" opportunities and you end up constantly fighting them off. Until one day they tell you your money is all gone, been invested in a "sure" thing without you consent. Then tell you it's YOUR fault.but if you want your money back, give them 20K. And your money will magically reappear ten full.
Feel like an idiot.

I strongly caution against engaging with Starlight Capital, as my experience suggests they operate as a scam company. Be wary of any involvement, as it may result in financial loss and unfavorable outcomes.

For me trading is a hobby, I'm looking to enjoy it and not necessarily make a big income quickly. Of course, making a sum of money over time would be nice but, over time, and not instantly. I know success can't be reached as quickly as we would all like.

They are very fast to reply and know how to handle challenges, but I wish there wouldn't be any challenges in the first place.
I do like to trade on their platform, and the selection of products is decent, so over all it's a solid ground to trade on.

Joseph has been assigned my account manager since the start of my journey. Deciding to take on trading was not an easy decision on my part. I heard of all the scams involved and I was not looking to get myself into trouble. I was already low on money and I was not interested in losing more. The Starlight Capital firm is an agency that serves its clients well. Thankful for the support and dedication of the representatives. The system is very organized and straight forward. Michael Sucre has been my mentor and thankful for his support things are going well.

You all are doing a good job, but the only thing I have a problem with is the time I'm required to wait while you process my withdrawals, it takes up to 3-4 days each time.
I understand that there are other factors that affect the process but maybe there is something that can be changed.

She has corrected my choices time and time again and I have learned from her knowledge. I think the most helpful aspect in trading is getting help from an educated trader or an account manager.
