Customer service is great. Problem was solved, and Nathan from customer service was efficient and explained clearly what they were trying to check and test with each step of the troubleshooting. This is one of the best customer services out of the various brokers I have used, and that is a very good reason to keep trading with Starlight. Previous experiences have also been great. When I ask about topics I don't understand, customer service writes a clear explanation of what my problem is, and provides me with all the information I need.

I used to buy shares through my bank for years, I wasn't so active as an investor, mostly acting according to my financial advisor at the bank. Throughout the year I have paid a few good thousands of dollars on commission only, which obviously I could just invest in more shares.

Yes, you do need to be more active in order to invest with Starlight but in the long term you will be left with more money in your pocket that you can reinvest

Very clever scam, they groom you over several months encouraging you to invest small to start and then putting the pressure on once they have grown your confidence. Total incompetence in delivery and customer support. I got help with P R O U P S H O T.

Since joining starlight capital I had a smooth experience, trades are executed quickly, funding and withdrawing is very easy and when it comes to support they also do their best I had to contact them quite few times and I received a fast response.

This is my main broker. It has great rates on margin, access to almost any imaginable market, and very rare downtime. They also have solid customer support for any problem I face.

It's low cost as well, and the service is not going to be the same as a higher cost and high-commission brokerage - which is VERY important for traders!

I'd really love to give it 5 stars, but I need a better trading system. Sometimes i can't find the quotes i'm looking for, but that is easily solved after talking with someone from the company.

You will have to learn your way around, but the value for the money is hard to beat for all the reasons stated above.

One complaint I do have is about the selection of markets, maybe for new traders it's acceptable, but as a trader with considerable experience, I do like to see more options. This is why I won't make this broker my main. However, the spreads are good and the client oriented approach is a big benefit, something that is hard to find in other firms.

The service I've received from David for the past six months is simply outstanding! Each time I turned for help, he went above and beyond to serve me. Explaining every step and opening my eyes to new trading opportunities. I've been trading for most of my life, and if I may give one piece of advice to the new generation of traders, it will be to - pay attention to the experts you surround yourself with, they will be the key to your success.

Trading with this firm for not so long. Representative are helpful, and service is not bad. I haven't run through any problems until now except for a brief glitch on the system that was resolved in a minute.

Trading has advanced in a million and one ways. Who would've thought you can set order for your trades and not have to move a finger. I was quite surprised hearing of this whole notion when I joined the starlight capital 2 months ago. I chose to stay away from that method and John respected my decision. The rollercoaster ride I had when they suddenly canceled my policy out of the blue. It took those blokes a solid three days to get their act together and sort things out. Things took a positive turn when a manager personally reached out to me. Their professionalism was crystal clear as they took charge, owned up to their mistakes, and swiftly resolved the whole mess. Now, in my latest experience, I decided to give their WhatsApp service a shot, gotta say I was pleasantly stoked by the level of service I received.

No firm is perfect. Each firm has its pros and cons. It depends on what you're looking for in a firm that makes it suitable in your eyes as a good firm.
I have enjoyed trading with this firm due to the support and interest the mentors have in my success. Although I have seen some cons, they don't outweigh the pros and I'm still happy trading with them.
The one or two system glitches will not drag me out.

I'm a very cautious investor, so I did a lot of research before choosing SLC, I even made a few small deposits just to check the company's credibility in the withdrawal process. It should be noted that I have never encountered any resistance or attempt to change my mind, which I believe gave this company a credit point.
As of now I have been investing with SLC for about 3 months and in the meantime, there have been no troubles that I can refer to as a warning sign for my fellow traders. Here few things of what helped to make the choice.

Maybe my opinion isn't the most professional, after all I'm yet a beginner trader. But I did want to notice that I'm very satisfied with the level of service of this company. There are many scenarios where I have questions or fail to navigate on the offered platform. Every time I contacted both chat and phone services, I got all the explanations and answers I was looking for. Even when it took me a while to understand, the representatives were very patient and professional.

As a new trader, I was bombarded with information and advice and felt disorganised with little success. But ever since I began following Jeffery Goldman's instructions, I feel more optimistic and confident about my trading prospects. I am starting to generate some profits and gaining valuable knowledge along the way. Jeffery is kind and explains slowly and thoroughly

After making several withdrawals without any worries or trying to delay the process on the part of the company, Now I will be happy to recommend them. Also, I appreciate their commitment to transparency, as I always know what I'm investing in and where my money is going. However, there were times when my trades took longer than expected to go through, which had a slight impact on my overall profits. It was always solved by the support, which is very helpful any time I need their assistance. Although it's not a significant issue, I think it is worth noting.

Having David Zachs as my account manager is a true blessing. Although the trades I've made up till now weren't the most profitable, as we all know, it takes time and practice. But thanks to David, I have a strong feeling of confidence.
David is an expert in trading strategies and has a lot of experience since he's been trading himself for years.

If I were to give you one piece of advice, it's to trade with caution. When I joined this firm, I got overly excited with the ease of the platform. It was rather easy to navigate and so I began trading without a second thought. I will say I regret that because my trades with my account manager on call were much more successful.
