Trading with this firm for not so long. Representative are helpful, and service is not bad. I haven't run through any problems until now except for a brief glitch on the system that was resolved in a minute.

This is my main broker. It has great rates on margin, access to almost any imaginable market, and very rare downtime. They also have solid customer support for any problem I face.

It's low cost as well, and the service is not going to be the same as a higher cost and high-commission brokerage - which is VERY important for traders!

I'd really love to give it 5 stars, but I need a better trading system. Sometimes i can't find the quotes i'm looking for, but that is easily solved after talking with someone from the company.

Customer service is great. Problem was solved, and Nathan from customer service was efficient and explained clearly what they were trying to check and test with each step of the troubleshooting. This is one of the best customer services out of the various brokers I have used, and that is a very good reason to keep trading with Starlight. Previous experiences have also been great. When I ask about topics I don't understand, customer service writes a clear explanation of what my problem is, and provides me with all the information I need.

They ask you to invest thousands of dollars and let you withdraw few thousands to trust them then, if your balance was more than half millions dollars after 6 or 7 months of investment, they will never let you withdraw even one dollar. They will credit your account with few thousands of dollars, and they will say you can not withdraw before get the target of trading volume which no one knows how they calculate it. After few weeks they will invest your balance in bad trading until you loss all of it.

I used to buy shares through my bank for years, I wasn't so active as an investor, mostly acting according to my financial advisor at the bank. Throughout the year I have paid a few good thousands of dollars on commission only, which obviously I could just invest in more shares.

Yes, you do need to be more active in order to invest with Starlight but in the long term you will be left with more money in your pocket that you can reinvest

Starlight Capital offers low spreads and commissions from what I've seen in other firms. Although I'm typically not a huge supporter of automated trading my account manager Jack Sharp insisted I give it a go. After several attempts of trying to get out of it in the end I did give in. Although it wasn't much a few weeks later I made a withdrawal of my earnings.

This is a cyprus-based operation that is a scam. Beware! People like John Wilson and Adam Gold are fake names.
They will provide authentic-looking trading operations using Meta 5 but they don't tell you that they control your account. They will let you accumulate funds, deceive you into opening unrealistic positions with assurances of complete safety, then disable your account and only then the settings produce strong negative returns. As you watch your balance being drained away, you will know that they are taking your money. They will say stuff like compliance checks to justify disabling your account. They are criminals! If you are in, get out now. They won't let you withdraw your funds, so don't expect to get anything back.

Have you noticed the positive reviews always mention 'The account manager' they have? Fake reviews. Just read them to see the similar template. I got sucked into depositing $5,000 USD via a Crypto Exchange. All well and good until you are asked if you would like to invest in Gold etc with no risk to you. Ha! I was told my initial investment wasn't being used but lo and behold...Yep...you guessed it! Used without my permission and then lost (mysteriously). My account manager Kevin (not real name, read the intro page) said I needed to deposit more funds to make up the loss (that they lost) I feel pretty stupid! Give it a go if you would like to feel Stupid and Gullible after you've lost your hard earned money! Go On! Just talk to Kevin, Jonathan, or John Wilson!

Also, I appreciate their commitment to transparency, as I always know what I'm investing in and where my money is going. However, there were times when my trades took longer than expected to go through, which had a slight impact on my overall profits. It was always solved by the support, which is very helpful any time I need their assistance. Although it's not a significant issue, I think it is worth noting.
