I needed the nose pad reattached to my glasses. Went to a large store that included an optical department in the front of their store. I was prepared to pay a bit for five minutes at most of labor. I had the parts. They wanted much more money than I felt a quick job would require. So I left. Went to Stanton later that day, and not only was it done for free, the nice man replaced both nose pads. They have my business!
The entire ordering and delivery process was fantastic. I received timely notifications at every stage, and the eyeglasses arrived a day ahead of schedule. I'll definitely be purchasing more eyeglasses, and the prices are absolutely amazing!

Had an eye exam done, it toke them twice to get maybe get it right, told me at the Pearland store it would take 6 to 7 days to get them back now its taking up to 14 days. There ads say 2 pairs of glasses for $79 thats not true they tried to charge me over $500 for 1 pair, got them to get it down to a little over $200 with insurance but they said I could not use my insurance for the $79 dollar promo and get 2 pair. The ad is a scam and should be turned in for false advertising. Go to a reputable eye doctor they take better care of your needs and ditch these people
I brought my eye glasses at my eye lab in town east as you might know Stanton brought that store I was having trouble with the arms of my glasses they had to be welded on I had the arms repaired I had the glasses for 3 months when trouble started cost $100 for repair Stanton said because I didn't have them fix my glasses I could not get a refund Stanton would not take any calls at the town east store last night I saw on tv a 1-800 number tonight I called and explained they said I could not get a refund what can I do
I have purchased many pairs of eyeglasses from Stanton Optical in the past, and i must say, i am extremely satisfied with their reliability, affordability, and excellent eye exam with customer support. The frames are of high quality, and their prices are significantly lower compared to other retailers.

I did not buy my glasses at Stanton Optical. However, I thought I would just try to get my glasses adjusted. A young lady named Lisa was so sweet and helpful! She adjusted my glasses quickly and was so nice. On Tuesday, we thought maybe we could get someone to adjust my husband's glasses as well. We were helped by Lisa again. My husband said his glasses felt so much better because she knew how to adjust them. Lisa showed us excellent customer service, and my husband and I will plan to have our next yearly eye exams at Stanton Optical.

To ensure the perfect fit and style, I ordered two frames in different colors, styles, and sizes, allowing me to explore my options and find the ideal pair.
They a lot of really cool choice for eyeglasses and the prices are really good. Even if you want something cheaper, they still have a good variety to pick from. Unlike at the eye doctor, where the inexpensive eyeglasses are usually not very nice looking. The website is easy to use and navigate. You can even upload a picture of yourself and try on different eyeglasses right away. Personally, I go to my eye doctor just to get my prescription and then i buy my eyeglasses directly from Stanton Optical.

I had some initial worries buying eyeglasses online for the first time, but they turned out to be perfect. The fit was just right, and i received them within 7 days. The only thing I wouldn't suggest is paying for the tracking number as they automatically email you the updates. I hope others have a great experience with first online eyeglasses purchase.

On April 9, I visited the Sherman, Texas store and selected a pair of frames in which I needed lenses. I gave them my prescription and was told they would need 2 weeks to complete my order. Since I lived a hour away, they said they would send the glasses to me. A month later, I called asking about my order. "Oh, we forgot to send them. We will over night them today." One of the two arrived the next day. I called them on a Thursday to hear, "We didn't ship both pair. I do not know why. I will over night them." The following Monday, the glasses did not arrive suggesting they were not overnighted as promised. I called Tuesday, "You should have them today." They still have not arrived.
Is anyone in charge of the branch locations as it appears customer service is a systemic problem by virtue of most of the comments? Does the corporate office understand that with good customer service, the business will get repeat customers?
They will not be getting mine again.
I am extremely satisfied with my entire experience with Stanton Optical. The website provided valuable education and was user friendly, making the process smooth. My eyeglasses arrived promptly, in excellent packing, and they are of exceptional quality. Overall, it was a truly wonderful experience, and i highly recommend Stanton Optical.

I got special Prescription Eyeglasses that help me see better, and they were much cheaper then regular Prescription Eyeglasses. However, they were a bit too big for my face. I wrote to the company and asked if i could buy a new pair of Prescription Eyeglasses that fits me better. Surprising, they were really kind and said i could exchange my Prescription Eyeglasses even through I had them from almost 4 months.
