Had an eye exam done, it toke them twice to get maybe get it right, told me at the Pearland store it would take 6 to 7 days to get them back now its taking up to 14 days. There ads say 2 pairs of glasses for $79 thats not true they tried to charge me over $500 for 1 pair, got them to get it down to a little over $200 with insurance but they said I could not use my insurance for the $79 dollar promo and get 2 pair. The ad is a scam and should be turned in for false advertising. Go to a reputable eye doctor they take better care of your needs and ditch these people
The lady at Stanton o Arden Way in Sacramento took away the pair of lenses which I paid and the reason she said it was cancelled last year,how this happens if I already purchased.
My wife and I went to Stanton thinking we would get our glasses the same day we paid for my wife's glasses then before I paid for mine my wife asked what time she could pick her glasses up then she was told 7 to 10 days we asked for refund haven't even left the premises yet and was told no refunds I took my business elsewhere and have my glasses my wife is still waiting we will not be back
Seriously out of the 20 places i ever been to get eye exam this is the worst. No real doctors also. They do a zoom call with a doctor who doesn't even speak english. Then they over charge with silly fees. Worst of all it's been 6 weeks and the keep telling me that mine will take longer!
Why this place does not specify that you will be seen by a remote rude doctor or associate
It seems to me the remote person conducting the exam was reading a script.Never will go back to that place
