I bought a dress for my daughter for prom. It didn't fit. Instead of just allowing me to return the dress, they insisted on pictures of my daughter in the dress…ABSOLUTELY NOT. I emailed multiple people, called multiple times, and couldn't get anyone to assist me. I REFUSE to send pictures of my daughter to them in a dress that doesn't fit. I had to keep the dress and lost my money. RUN FOR YOUR LIFE. DO NOT BUY HERE.

Absolutely worth the price and wait. I did have to email and find out why it hadn't shipped it did ship after I ordered the first time. They got it out right away! And I'm ordering again!

Shipping was tad slower than I wished but other than that the dress was more than I expected! My daughter loved it! Fit was perfect!
Ordering was easy, shipping was fast and when we recieved dress we feel in love as soon as we opened it.

Their website and ads say specifically say ""Return policy 1) Worry-free returns are available for all standard sizes within 14 days. Custom sizes are final sale." It is clear there are standard sizes, which we ordered, a size 4, and "custom sizes" which we did not order. We ordered standard size, from their standard color palate, the "Regency purple" with absolutely no custom specification. We got a blueish-purple that was not the right color & we did not like it at all. The fabric is atrocious, very abrasive and scratchy - like a costume shop NOT AT ALL the luxurious looking fabrics they display on the website photos. They are charging top dollar - we actually found what we really wanted in a gorgeous fabric and a lovely color at Macy's and paid $75 LESS than we paid to these scammers! All that said, we took it out of the package, said "Oh no" tried it on just in case, and within a few hours of getting it filed the return request. It has been over a month now and still NO return slip or refund has been provided to us. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I emailed Stacees prior to buying my wedding dress because I was between sizes and wasn't sure which size would suit. I wanted to know if they had a UK return address to save on return shipping if I needed to. I was told they had "offices in the UK" and it wouldn't be a problem to order two and return one.
In the end, I went with just one dress. It arrived a few weeks later and I was SO disappointed. It looked NOTHING like the picture! The colour was off, the material was cheap and nasty and there was all this awful netting that the advertisement photo just didn't have. The fit was atrocious. I absolutely hated it. I later found out they steal legit designers photos and make bad copies.
I contacted Stacees to arrange a return and went round in circles with them trying to get me to accept a partial refund. I didnt want a partial refund, I wanted a full refund on return (what am I going to do with a spare wedding dress? It's not like I'm ever getting married again!). In the end, they told me they wouldn't accept a return unless it was damaged! Tried to make out it was "custom made" when it wasn't - I never provided any measurements (they charge more for that!).
Basically, after doing some research, I realised they're a scammy Chinese company that don't adhere to distance selling laws.
Avoid. Don't take the risk. They might be cheap, but that's for a reason. Cheap and nasty 🤮 I've now been conned out of £400 and looking in to how I can take this further. Hopefully PayPal or my bank may be of assistance.
