We loved the dress but being she is larger chested we had to add in different bra cups.
If we could have the dress we just ordered have larger cups put in, it would be perfect.

Dress came late, was unable to use. Requested refund within 14 days, the took days to respond. Followed their process then they said I was out of the 14 day window. Now they won't respond

Worst customer experience I ever received. I spoke to Cassie before purchasing a dress to ensure I could return the dress; she stated no problem. They are refusing to return the unworn dress. This is completely unacceptable as I am within the return period. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
