They say they accept returns but they don't, they just keep your money. I have been trying for two weeks to return it but they can't even give me an address. It is a scam.
I was so very impressed with the service from STACEES - the product was exceptional and the measurements were so exact that my seamstress didn't even need to make any alterations! I will definitely be recommending Stacees and will be ordering again!

I ordered my dress for prom last year and custom sized it, when it came it fit just right, I never went to prom last year though and I don't like how it fits me now but that's besides the point, when I got the dress I was in love with it!

Great customer service team who helped contact the couriers and move the delivery along when I nearly didn't get it in time. The actual dress itself was beautiful and a good quality dress too!

My daughter's dress came in in about 4 weeks from ordering. We had to shorten the straps about half an inch, but that could have been due to my measuring.
Great quality! The fit was perfect! I will be ordering from Stacees again <3

I was sceptical at first on finding STACEES website and that the dresses looked gorgeous at such a cheap price. I decided to order and take the risk. I am so pleased I did!
My dress was tailored to my specifications, communications via email with Stacees Team was prompt, honest and so courteous. They made me feel like a VIP.
My dress arrived within weeks and was delivered, cleverly packaged with a dress holding bag.
When I opened it I was stunned, overjoyed and so excited! The dress fit perfectly, my alterations were precise and the quality of materials and tailoring was outstanding! My friends and family are so impressed that my daughter-in-law to be is looking at purchasing her wedding dress with Stacees!

If I could give zero stars, I would. DO NOT BUY FROM STACEES unless you 100% do not think you'll return. The dress I purchased was too large so I placed a ticket to return it. Almost 2 weeks later and 20 emails back and forth, Stacees is only offering to refund a small % back ($40) They are telling me to resell my dress on my own to make the money back. INSANE! Its been back and forth with emails with the company NEVER sharing the address for return. Its been a HORRIBLE experience.
We ordered a dress for an event on May 4th, with an arrival date of April 28th to May 1st.
I hadn't received updates in a week and reached out, 3x to get a confirmation on the arrival date. I reiterated that the Prom was May 4th and the arrival date was guaranteed between 4/28 and May 1st. After my 3rd email, they replied "Your dress will arrive sometime between the 8th and 15th!" As if they had disregarded the event date. Communication is extremly poor, I have no idea about the qualify but they don't follow through on arrival dates, with special event dresses, this is an important piece.
This company is based out of China, not the UK as is indicated on their website.
