The dress arrived within the time frame originally stated when ordered and was of higher quality than I anticipated. I got a little nervous after seeing some poor reviews about orders never showing up but we had no issues. I would recommend.

I bought my prom dress from here and it was perfect. But you have to plan ahead to buy something from Stacees because shipping to the US does take awhile since they come from London. Another thing is my sister in-law bought dress from here and said it was difficult to return. But if you measure yourself correctly or get it custom sized you're gonna love your dress!

Stacees made a custom size/dress for my daughter and was able to fill in the cut-out in the center of the bodice with the same bodice material. It was absolutely perfect and fit like a glove. Custom length was perfect with no alterations! We are super happy! Received the dress in 21 days! Yay Stacees!

It was really simple to place an order, we found the prom dress our daughter wanted and can't wait for it to come.
I was kept updated on every part of the purchase from when the dress was being tailored to quality inspection to easy to track shipment. My dress came earlier than expected and in perfect condition.

Kept declining my card despite verifying sufficient funds and reaching out to customer service at my bank. Customer service at the bank verified that it was a website issue at Stacees not with my card. Sure hope this doesn't result in my daughter's dress being late because it couldn't be ordered timely. Took us 2 days to get the website to work.
