Ordered first dress and asked to exchange size for stock size within 20 days. Offered no exchange, no help whatsoever. Stock sizes. Ridiculous. And based on trying on the next size that another bridesmaid ordered, there is NO WAY the stock sizes measure what they say they do. If so, I was sent the wrong size to begin with. Just bad experience with zero effort for customer service. I was outside of the return window by days but shocked there was no effort to work with me on an even exchange.

The fabric wasn't itchy or too flimsy. It felt like good quality and I appreciate the care in the dresses creation. I was worried it was scam but luckily it was well made and good fabric.

We ordered a formal dress with custom measurements. It fit my daughter perfectly! It arrived way earlier than I was expecting and customer service was top notch. They reached out to get the date of the event and checked in with me after as well!
