Good...CC page should allow my autofill tools to work so I don't have to manually type it in, therefore eliminating errors.
Should be able to download in other formats...had to use a competitor's tool to convert to pfx.
Otherwise product is great and I'll be back.
Bought 2x SSL certificates from Comodo but they seem not to work in many different browser (like on Android or iOS mobile browsers). I've already bought lots of SSL certificates from Gandi which worked well on every browser and mobile device.
Im really unsatisfied. The low price is really good on SSls.com but I can't use it so therefore it was a total waste of money (even if it was less money).
No longer is price a barrier to purchasing your SSL. Having more than 300 domain names and around 50 hosted websites of my own and for my clients price has always been a barrier to purchasing a SSL certificate for websites but not at SSLs.com. The service is easy to use and has speedy issue of the Certificate. The step by step installation service is as simple as 123.
Checkout only works for me using paypal. I have an international credit card that I use for any service like (digital ocean, github, spotify, etc). This same credit card was declined for ssls.com. I tried to finish the checkout using paypal and the same credit card and works lol. Anyway, this was a little frustrating.
The ordering and authentication process was straight forward and easy. The technical support was also excellent. I had a problem getting the certificate to function due to my cloud hosting configuration for my server and the SSLs.com technical support team did the research necessary to fix my problem. That's 'A' class service in my book.
I've noted that positiveSSL certificates are often not accepted by some browsers, in particular Firefox. Might be an idea to note this somewhere in the sales process so that buyers are not disappointed by this in use.
We like your products because they can be procured by me and executed by our programmer without a lot of undependable emails flying back and forth. Your method is simple and direct, they way we like it!
The work it takes to build functioning websites is mindnumbing, but worth the pain when the end result is near. You just made
Time is valuable, and the work it takes to build websites is time consuming. Your process was fast and easy. I was able to secure my cert and move on with the rest of the legwork. Thanks, I will be back!
Every time i buy ssl, i get in some troubles. I don't buy them often, sometimes i forget how to install them on server, and make sometimes stupid mistakes, but with ssls.com, every time i email them, i get response in 5-10 min... This is great, for sure i will stick with you guys!
I only use SSL.com for my business needs. I have used SSL.com for my SSL certificates, I can say that their services are incredible. Fast but dependable. Give them a try, you will see that I'm right. Trust your business needs with SSL.com. Cheers for MountainGirl Productions, NC
Well, this in not the first time I buy from SSLs.com. And definitely not the last one!
It's easy, it's fast, it works! If you need a certificate and you need it up & running in less
Than an hour, this is the place for you!
Quite simply, this is the best place to buy SSLs. Offering clear details regarding the specifics of their certs and a clean UI, there is nothing lacking here. Not to mention the prices are quite fair.
I had some trouble installing the certificate on my Unifi server. Your helpdesk was very polite and gave me some pointers. Although i managed to get it running myself i was very pleased by youre support.
SSLs.com has a site with information very accurate and clear. The price of their products is incredible. I'm testing them and I shopped a SSL certificate for my site and really surprised for their speed and service.
Thanks SSLs.com.
Well, it started with a VERY helpful chat person (Nadezhda Sch.).
Was very nice and extremely helpful, and let me make a very informed decision (and saved me a lot of money).
Then I enjoyed the questions that asked the perfect questions to guide me to the exact plan. Kudos!
It was good but it took a little while to figure how to get the other certs downloaded after downloading the first one. Should have a little FAQ with instructions on how to download the remaining certs if you purchased more than one.
10 minutes after my order, my certificate was installed in the server and my website responding to https with a nice lock in the URL bar. The whole shopping experience was easy and straightforward. Certificate generation options and fields were well presented with hints that make them easy to use. I paid 90% than the market price for my certificate. I wouldn't buy elsewhere.
Two problems made this experience unpleasant.
First, I got an email about special prices. A week later, I tried to buy the certs at that price, but was told it was a Black Friday special and the prices were no longer available. There were no mentions of Black Friday or price expirations in the ad, and I had to go back and forth with support to get to the sale price for one cert, not all three I wanted to buy. Bait and switch.
Second, one of my certs was revoked and re-issued because of a "bug." Not sure what the bug was, but it's ridiculous. You issue certificates. That's literally the only thing you do. WTF
I had a little self learning to do to get it the cert all sorted out on my end but that was on my end. The only thing I can think of that might be better my interaction with your site would be to have a way to tell you what kind of cert format I want to deal with. For example you had mailed me the cert in pkcs7 format but I really needed pkcs12, but I was able to get all of that sorted out after some google foo.
I know at one point you asked what system I was deploying to and that might have been a format choice there but it was unclear what format I would get at that time. Though to be honest I was deploying this to a Azure Worker Role and there was no option for that (nor should there be because that would require me to send you my private key).
This process worked well and the price is very reasonable. It would be great if this could be extended to provide certs with multiple subjaltnames. I'd be willing to pay the same amount for each subjectaltnames
Value that I'm paying for an entire cert.
Answer: I have been using them for a couple of years and the certificates work fine for ecommerce.
