Thanks for helping me out to configure the ssl on my server. As i was the new to this Team has given me lot of help to configure it on my machine.
Thanks to the customer care. Very supportive customer care.
Your services is good, I love it. But I don't know why the files in the zip come with the email is different from the files in the zip I download from the web. I use the zip from the web since it is a bundle.
And the web interface is slower, after I received the confirmation email, I went back to the web interface, but the interface still show "in process", and let me download the zip after around 10 minutes later.
The new site layout doesn't work in any of the 3 browsers I tried. Your certs work fine. I've bought about 20 from you. But if the site continues to be unusable in older browsers, you will lose this customer.
The process was very simple. The online purchasing workflow was a very simple walk through with good explanations of what I needed to do. The new certificate was delivered within the hour and I was able to install the new certificate without any problems.
This is a bit too early for feedback considering all I have done so far is pay you for something and haven't had the chance to see how easy or difficult it is to install and configure.
Now that the certificate has been delivered I am having a few issues installing it on my mail server, however I must say that the speed of response has been excellent even though I have had to re-apply for the certificate due to some minor mistakes in the CSR generation.
All of a sudden, reset everything to make their lives easier...
Each year expire SSL certificate wit 1 day notice.

Harry and I love SSL certificates. And yours are gorgeous, they really are. All the neighbours have been in for a look and Betty said she "doesn't know how you can make them for the price". To which I replied, "OOh Bet. You wouldn't ask". And No, I certainly wouldn't...but I love to know.
Reasonable prices and checkout process works OK, however there's one thing I miss: Bitcoin payments! Right now I have to stick with Paypal (evil bastards imho, sorry) or credit card (1950 technology that just plain sucks). Please consider accepting Bitcoin payments instead. It rocks. Especially for you as an online seller, as you run ZERO risk when accepting bitcoins: no chargebacks or fraud possible whatsoever.
[Additional comment May 10th] I contacted the helpdesk for some technical questions, and received excellent advice! Very fast and very helpful, much appreciated!
For whatever reason, my login to Paypal failed during checkout. So, I had to resort to using a credit card for the purchase.
I had wanted to explore getting a higher level security certificate, but I wasn't sure the verification would check out, since I share my phone number among a number of businesses. The business I was trying to get the certificate for is NOT the primary business on this phone line, so I wasn't sure the verification check would pass. Too bad, since I would have liked the added protection and "credibility" afforded by the higher level certificate.
I tried to order using Firefox. I kept getting an error. I had to switch browsers to Chrome in order to complete my order, but not before spending about 1/2 hour with your support. I will say that Alex Nakonechny, the SECOND support person through chat. He was able to help. The other person just left me hanging when they could not figure out what to do. I was using Firefox (latest build) on a Ubuntu system. I had to switch to Chrome (latest build) on the same Ubuntu system.
After that I needed some help to install the certificate. I was helped by I think her name was Julia? She was excellent! Very patient, and extremely helpful! Truly, the only issue I had was not supporting Firefox. Your customer support has been very, very good!
Getting the cert here was by far the easiest part of getting SSL working on the web site! The worst part of SSLs.com is that the process was so easy and such a good deal that I wasted over an hour trying to figure out what the catch was (hint: didn't find one).
Price listed for PositiveSSL was 4.9 usd...
When I opened account and went to buy that one cert, the checkout displayed 70+ usd. Had to remove couple others certificates that were not ordered by me, and had to change the 5 year to 1 year, for the one that I actually wanted to buy. At the end the price for that one cert is double than what was displayed on the site before I created account. I understand all the logic behind all this trickery, just wanted to let you know I don't like it.
They're certainly cheap, and the certificates are legitimate. RapidSSL's 7.99 per year through SSLs.com is the cheapest anywhere that allows commercial use. It works too. I was worried it wouldn't be supported in mainstream browsers but thankfully it is. Absolutely no reason not to buy through this site.
I am delighted as a customer with SSLs! Always getting back to ssls.com for more certificates, so I don't want to even see other sites because I have full confidence with Namecheap's site for SSLs! Because I know that their prices are good, their full process is quick and easy to follow, also I never had bad experience with reissuing certificates, installing and etc.
The experience of renewing an SSL certificate proved to be a long drawn out process. Bearing in mind it was a renewa,l it should not have taken 3 days to validate the request and several emails from which I had no response from Comodo, it was their validation process which insisted on sending emails to a domain that didn't have emails setup against it that caused the issue.
Easy. Helps a lot to have several options listed, so you can pick the one that's right for you, based on your needs and price.
BUT, if you're not familiar with SSL certs, you can get confused about what you need (not specially while picking wildcard or single/multi domain cets, but regarding EV and some other variations if you're not familiar with what they mean)
Used the Positive SSLS for a few years and everything is OK!
Even...when i made some mistakes and to ask them to reissue!
Or wasn't sure...and email them for HELP!
Very happy to have, now, two years certificates.
GREAT value.
Chris
The website is easy to use, the deliver was fast, no problems at all
Answer: I have been using them for a couple of years and the certificates work fine for ecommerce.
