It was the online support that I was impressed with. The video that I had was not complete enough for me to place the SSL certificate on my wordpress site so the online help totally walked me through it. It was very much outside my comfort zone but she instructed me to do piece by piece until it got set up properly. Then she checked to make sure everything was good and she found an error which she then helped me to rectify. It was a good experience. Dan
Last cert was good, except comodo live chat support who clearly could not answer my question, and recorded my ticket as "needed to resent cert via email" which was not the case and closed my ticket when I was not ready. Comodo live chat support=bad.
The whole process, from purchase to activation to receiving the certificates was really simple. In fact, I went from ordering to receiving to setting up SSL on my site in about 30 minutes flat. The end to end process is pretty smooth and awesome.
I've been satisfied customer with Namecheap for years. When I learned that SSLs.com is part of Namecheap, it was easy decision to shop with peace of mind; due to the security, reliability and confidence I witnessed along the years. Thank you and keep up the good work
The website design is good, and the shopping cart is very easy to use.
I suggest that you should provide detailed instructions on installing the SSL certificate on different web server platforms. I used DirectAdmin and I spent a lot of time to search the tutorial articles...
It was impossible to pay with Spanish cards, because an error comes up every time I did and I had to finally pay with a British card.
The following day, the banks from the cards called me because they detected a fraudulent use of the cards, and one of the cards has been cancelled due to this and I had to request a new one.
The user experience for paying has been terrible.
Could be better if you gave me an idea of what information I need to provide to register the certificate. Would also like invoices to be emailed to me and the ability to set a separate address for invoices to go to
I was skeptical at first because of the (wonderful) low, low prices. But I was duly impressed after I had to contact support with a couple of problems - and they immediately responded and they actually knew the answer - to a very technical set of questions! I was impressed that they actually had support - at these prices! And not only did they have it - but it was really good!
It was a bit confusing getting through the process and after checking the terms and conditions I had to enter my data again. I should have right-clicked on the link to the terms and conditions and opened it in another tab or window.
Absolutely perfect!
The only thing I'm thinking about would be to add the ability to generate or modify the CSR using the website. In my case, I was dealing with a multi domain certificate for Exchange 2013 and the CSR created by Exchange 2013 is *not* valid due to the lack of the country code.

At last, SSL certificates at a decent price - this way you can afford securing also websites where sensitive transactions are not performed, just for the sake of ensuring your customers content you're serving has not been tampered, and mail servers, to allow users downloading their messages without the risk of being wiretapped by some foreign entities.
Great service from you guys.
I would like to know a bit more info on how to go about installing a certificate on a sub-domain that is pointing to a different host service.
We have a website hosted on one server but a web app hosted on another server pointing to our sub-domain
Checkout was smooth but payment page didn't clearly indicate that American Express wasn't accepted.
Issuance of the certificate was quick, despite needing to use the HTML verification method since my website sits behind CloudFlare. It was done before I finished my conversation with support.
Love the service. Have purchased around 30 certs in all I guess. I've been using it at work and have now added it to my personal account.
Ease of use and the speed of delivery are what keep me coming back + the low cost of positivessl.
EV's are a bit of a pain however as it's difficult to know at what stage the validation process is in.
No problems with purchase, but took a while to validate internal domain as had to enable incoming emails through firewall to complete.
Great prices, fast turnaround, and importantly to me helpful online chat staff. This was my first experience in buying a 3rd part SSL and I wasn't familiar with the process. Between the information on the website and the help staff it was quick and easy and I wasn't unsure of getting the right product for my intended use. Thanks, Bob Wright
Great product and the best price.
There was a small problem for getting the certificate validated by Comodo, it took no time for the SSL support to figure out what the problem was and solve it. Great support too.
SSLs customer service during the pre-sales process was phenomenal. They were diligent in making sure that all of my questions and concerns were addressed and based on that they were able to provide me with the perfect solution for my needs. Oh yeah, talk about delivering my products fast! Amazing experience. I will greatly recommend SSLs.com to all of my friends and collegues.
As one who doesn't need to deal with certificates very often, SSLs.com and their support team has made it very easy to get, verify, and install the certificates when and where I need them, at extremely affordable prices.
I couldn't be made simpler to buy an ssl certificate. Their website is made that simple that I finally spend most of my time researching whether they really are who they claim to be. Really cheap and easy, no hidden commitments.
Answer: I have been using them for a couple of years and the certificates work fine for ecommerce.
