I still have to rate the purchase experience as crappy. The final click here button purchase took more than 7 minutes to go through (could have been ten or more but I wasn't keep track the whole time). The problem with that is the uncertainty of do I click again and if I do, do I through a security flag that will stall this issuance or perhaps flag that domain for ssl certificates, delaying me even if I moved to a different vendor. I simply don't know what enhanced reporting options are in place now to tighten up the certificate issuance mess.
That said, once the purchase went through, the email verification and creation and email delivery of the certificate was seamless and easy.

I wouldnt recommend your site to others because I own a hosting company. My clients buy their domains through me, and I mark them up. If I recommend you, then I dont get to mark up, and have to explain why there is a charge for installation:)

Dont take the low rank on that one as a criticism of you!

The website really looks beautiful and the service was better and way cheaper than the competitors. One small complaint is I took a few tries on the login to remember it and the "Uhoh!" message for incorrect logins seems to stay on pretty long - it filled half my screen, though the animation was pleasant. Would recommend this as the go-to SSL certificate site!

After clicking the "confirm" button, nothing happened the first time. So I re-did the process. I got no feedback so I did not know if money was spent the first time.
I was encouraged to contact customer support, so I did. They got in touch with me and confirmed that only one purchase was made. Good support, thanks!

Company data is not remembered!

Company data is not remembered! This is at least fifth time I report this issue! Please fix that! Every time I purchase SSL cert, I am asked fo feedback. Every time (in last five years) I write, that company fields should be remembered and prefilled. Pity, still no change. Why do you even bother to ask feedback if you do not use feedback provided?

Very easy and quick! I was somewhat dubious how good the service was going to be, but the entire process - including domain verification - was seamless and very slick.

Having experienced the SSLs.com service, they will be my first port of call when I next need an SSL certificate.

The first time I tried to pay, the white circle in the orange rectangle never stopped. I had to do it all again and must hope that I will only be billed once.

I have received the certificate but have not had time to install it yet.

This experience is good

This experience is good. The process is easy to follow and turnaround is fast. However, when I tried to re-issue an existing SSL cert that I purchased before, the turnaround is very slow. But once I submitted a service ticket, I got the process expedited.

You need an SSL cert? Easy to set up? You found it!

Honestly, it works out of the box, it is very easy to set up (at least my IT guys says it is), have no issues, happy with the results.

Anytime I want to add a new certification, I just have to login and purchase, and then configure. It's really easy.

Good service all in all

Good service all in all. I would like to make the following suggestion - the reason I contacted Support was that I did not see where I should go to download the certificate. There was a button to download it, but it was way down on the page and I totally missed it. Mind you, I'm myself a web programmer and I still had to contact Support to tell me where the download button was. Also, during checking out, your website was reporting SMTP related errors. Perhaps that is the reason why your tech rep had to resend the certificate before I had it in my mail inbox. Still, your tech rep Irina T. Got me up and running in about 5 minutes, which was quite good, so I am generally satisfied.

I must admit, I was leary to purchase from you. The prices were too good to be true, and you know the saying, if it seems to good to be true...
I received my certificate bundle from Comodo within 20 minutes. I did have some questions for Comodo, and they were very helpful. The email I received from Comodo included a link for a free email certificate as well, which is another thing I was interested in. So for under $15, I have 3 years on my website, and 1 year on email. My web host charges $100 for three years just on the site. What a difference! And just a year ago, this would have cost nearly $1000. It was way out of my reach. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

The email received with the bundle ca had only 2 certificates

I had to ask for help in the chat after struggling a while and the agent guided me to download it again from the site, and in this file it came right with the 3 certs inside the ca bundle

After that all went very well and my email server has now a new certificate with an excellent price

SSL checkout process is slow, and email validation incorrectly flags valid email addresses as inaccessible. This feedback form has all kinds of garbage in the form boxes. For instance "[object HTMLInputElement]" is shown. Very poor QA, is not something I'd want non-technical users to see. Browser is latest Chrome on OSX 10.10 - nothing special.

I'm happy so far but haven't completed the installation process. Seemed a little strange asking if I liked the service before the process was complete. There was a few problems with the install but I was able to work through it. Overall the purchase wasn't bad but it could have been faster and easier with a more efficient design.
