SSLs.com

I have been purchasing any required SSL certificates from SSLS com for the past three years. The process is much easier, not to mention less expensive, than it was 10 or more years ago. In addition, they offer a full range of brands and options, unlike the old system where you the retail and product organizations were one and the same, and there were only two or three brands.

I purchased an SSL certificate at a very low price and received it after adding the necessary information. The only issue I have is that when I click on the lock icon in the browser, it tells me that the connected is encrypted with obsolete cryptography. Other than that I have had no issues.

Using SSLs.com was a very pleasant experience for me. Prices were great, I was guided step by step in the process, and I managed to get my own SSL certificate in under 24 hours. Amazing service. I will be buying again from SSLs.com.

Quick and easy sign-up process, as well as the cert generation. Accompanying documentation and support is good. I've had some issues with approver emails and greylisting in the past - hopefully you can sort this out.

The info was laid out really nicely and was easy to understand. I liked the comparison chart. What would be more helpful is showing what low/med/high assurance looks like. I had to go to another site for that.

Very smooth process. Activation is a little bit misleading when you have fulfilled all requirements, you have to contact support to finish the process, but they were very expedite and courteous. Prices are higher than in the past.

Trying to pay with a credit card was absolutely impossible. 2 of my cards were declined for who knows what reason.
I was able to pay using Paypal, which solved my problem, by it was not something I wanted to do.

Honestly, I was overwhelmed and confused by the choices at first. More detailed info on the choices would be nice. A quick email for pre-sales support pointed me in the right direction and made everything go smooth. I contacted customer support when I had a typo in my cert requested, they reset my request lickety split and I was able to recreate with the correct info right away. They took good care of me and I'll be back.

So checkout was easy. Have to add certificate to server now. And that was easy, too! Nice. Wish the business certificates for wildcard was more reasonable, it's not like there is a lot of work to create certificates and verify customers.

Installing the certificate was a bit challenging but that was more to do with GeoTrust not giving remarkably good directions up front. Directions for how to install the certificate on different systems (OS, version, etc.) would be really helpful.

ANd yes, it was, particularly since there was no longer any need to go to the "official" contact email and instead I could use the domain postmaster account.

Very smooth operation - less than1 hour from cert request to cert issue

Best price available and the process was was fast and easy. For someone less familiar with IIS, I can imagine it might be a little more difficult (as there were no instructions on how to generate the request and install the cert), but someone less familiar probably wouldn't be using this product.

Fantastic service and excellent support. All completed from start to finish within a couple of hours even after I made the mistake of installing my SSL incorrectly. I couldn't praise the support team enough after having to put up with my illiterate computer brain. Well down to you guys and a BIG thank you for helping save my little business.

Least expensive option I found for PositiveSSL Wildcard. Instructions were clear and detailed for activation and installation (though I missed the step about how to activate by email verification, but likely my mistake). Contacted HelpDesk and they were super helpful and responsive. Very positive experience.

Quick and easy as always! Spent two weeks getting through validation processes with a Namecheap SSL only to get tossed back and forth between Namecheap and Comodo support. Cancelled that order, went to SSLs.com and inside of 45 minutes I had my new SSL cert with all the validation stuff done and was able to get up and running again fast! Will only be using SSLs.com from here on out!

SSL was quick in processing the order. Comodo on the other hand who validates company existence relies on Google translator for translating company names and thus a lot of misunderstandings happen in the process.
