Would have rated 5 stars however the options to validate the certificate were limited but support did all they could to assist, and we got there in the end.
The more important thing is that support responds immediately by the chat, reflecting real interest to help us.

Usually there is so many paperwork around getting a simple Certificate for regular websites, but there was no paperwork ar i'd better say no work at all in here! Ssl should be accessible for all, and what's better is you insure them!

Many of us are newbies, so your site should be informative and easy to use for first-timers. You do not make it clear BEFORE purchasing that you will ask for the domain name and other details until AFTER purchase. When it was time to download my cert.zip file I had to go to the page 3 times to find the download button. It was a small, low contrast font off to the side of the page. Downloading is one of the primary purposes of that page. The download button should be in large font, enclosed in a contrasting colored box, which appears at both the top and bottom of the page. Ask your favorite UX expert, and they will agree. All that said, you have a great price for a commodity product.

I purchased SSL's from $3 on this company. Now it's $5 i think soon its will be same price with other compaines. I am sure about it. I don't want to back my old company. Please do not more expensive..
From the few investigations I did, It seems SSLs offers a (much) better price than anywhere else, for an equivalent product. I received the certificate very fast and have already installed it. I can say the browser attests its authenticity.
What you were selling was not clear. It would much more helpful to have a questionnaire that asks what you are tying to secure and walks you through the steps guiding you to the right kind of SSL cert. I am also told by my host that it is very odd to have the SSL tied to a name and NOT an IP which made setup confusing for them. All and all, the process and directions could have and should have been much more clear. I had to chat with 3 different guys before I got to one that could help me when I contacted chat support.
The download verification file didn't work because the site only loaded with https and your servers didn't understand that.
This required a support chat to get resolved and added 20+ minutes to my install time. The chat, however, was good.
Also, the bundle's ".crt" file was empty and I had to manually convert the.p7b file to.crt to work with Apache.
Finally, the bundle did *not* include the certificate chain - I had to find and download that separately.
Instead of a 15 minute job, it took over 1 hour.
Bought 2 certificates already. They were provided very fast (matter of minutes), with easy server confirmation. Last time, because of a special server configuration, I had to contact support over web chat and they answered to my inquiry fast and everything was smooth.
These certificates are a very affordable, efficient and fast way to guarantee web communications security.

The only issue I encountered was that I was offered what seemed to be a 4 year certificate, but instead received a 1 year certificate with 3 extra renewals. This is not the same thing. It means I still need to do the task of renewing the certificate once a year. Other than that, the prices were great and the certificates were emitted very fast.
It is my first experience purchasing a SSL certificate so there were lots of 'unknown' and uncertainties but SSLs has make it easier than I anticipated. I would definitely come back for my future needs. Thanks.
Sum was not auto-updated when I changed period of certificate, but this was just a very small issue comparing with how easy and smooth was all certificate buying process. Not to mention the small fact that price was 15x (exactly, fifteen times) smaller that competitors.

Great service, i bought my very first SSL certificate here 1 year ago and i just purchased a 3yrs renewal. Go grab the 3yrs one, so u don't have to redo this process each year. I did buy the 1 yr renewal by mistake and they refunded it right away.
Terrible, I purchased this because, google had me as advertised as a not secure website. I googled for a fix, found this site. I couldn't install as the download instructions would not load on three different search engines, I tried, so after wasting precious time, I searched for another solution and found a very simple free solution, "Really simple SSL pro" as a plugin, that fixed it in less than a minute. The only "worthwhile" thing I got was a sticker which I could have cut and paste from anywhere.
We use a single account for both our France and USA orders, but we have to change our billing information every time. Like VAT and other related information.
It will be great if we could have profiles to select the billing between the two offices.
