My mavic 2 came open missing extra battery polar pro katana and polar pro filters, the drone also has sign of use and wear. Sse photo video are a bunch of crooks. Fix my problem and maybe I'll think about redoing this review.
This should review also applies to Google Shopping. Product did not arrive when expected. Contacted Google, they then contacted SSE and days went by without a response from SSE. Currently on my 4th attempt to find out where the heck my order is, without any real answer. I will NEVER shop with Google or SSE again. Hands down worst online shopping experience. SCAM!
Ordered a digital camera gopro from this place... said they ship 2 days... so i order the camera... well 7 days went by and no camera... sent email to company and they havent even sent the camera yet... i wonder how many orders they loose because of poor service...
I order a sionyx night vision camera from them. Waited two weeks and it never came. They said in stock on the website and it would be delivered by the end of the week. They took the money out of my account and intern charged me 60 dollars for a return fee when they canceled the order because it wasn't actually in stock. The whole time this was happening I could get ANYONE from customer service via email or phone. Complete rip-off.
Bought a Gopro camera package. Included were the wrong size memory cards. No option to return just the cards in exchange for the correct size. Sent back everything and only got a partial refund. The claim was that some items were "not as good as new". Had I had the option to just return the cards I would. I should have received a full refund period.
I give this company 5 stars for great products and amazing customer service! I ordered a Canon camera and ordered a wide frame lense. They called me to fix my error because I ordered the wrong size lense. Amazing customer service
I ordered aGoPro Hero 7 black at the lowest price I had seen and was able to use a promo code for another $25 off. Received the item in 2 days. Contacted customer service to resend my receipt. No problems and the best deal around. Will definitely sho there again!
Don't believe these fake reviews. I paid $429 for 2-Battery Ultimate Accessory Bundle for Mavic 2 Pro. No batteries were shipped. No props were shipped. What I got was about $50 worth of cheap accessories. Their address is 40 Montgomery St., Hillside, NJ *******. Also the same address as very bad photo store according to the BBB. Scam is written all over this.
Update: After many calls, got through to someone. They did finally ship the batteries, but not the props. They said I already have them, which I do not. They person I talked to was short and rude. Added 1 star for the batteries that I was owed.
I was looking to do some Macrophotography and came across this Olympus TG camera. On doing some online research, came across this SSEPhotoVideo site and got a price over the phone, and found their prices to be fantastic, no way could I get a better price. I went to pick up the items at their location, was a bit skeptical at first, since it happened to be a Warehouse, rather than a Retail store. Anyway, I picked up the items and later when I contacted the firm, I was surprised they shipped me the same day, additional items I had asked for & some more. Hats off to these guys, Ben & Bill, for their prompt service.
Good value... responsive customer servicing. All questions were answered. Did not originally receive an order confirmation email. Called customer service, they found my order, confirmed order, and sent out the confirmation promptly.
Bought the Mavic Pro Plus More kit... got everything ok. But... one of the batteries is non-functional and won't charge. These sell for 130.00 retail... they won't change it out. They want me to return the WHOLE KIT fir a refund... after I've already opened. ISANE! They say they can't replace the item. The only way is to get a refund. NEVER will I do business with them again.

I purchased a Nikon D850 from this company. Found out today from Nikon, when I tried to register my camera that I was sold a GREY MARKET camera that cant be registered nor repaired by them. Proceed with caution if ordering from this company.
Well, where should I begin?! First, they sold a product that is not in stock
Second, they did not even notify me about it. I had to wait until I receive the package, find out it is not in the box and reach out to them to inquire about it. I lost precious time just to find about it. Not professional at all.
Third, they did not even offer any refund. I had to request it
Fourth, they did not respond to my refund request I had to follow up with them.
Fifth, I followed up with them 3 days ago still no response from them. I am not even sure if they are going to refund me or not
I received a defective drone from them and they still did not refund me. I sent the drone back on 7/27. They also told me that they were going to refund the shipping back, but they never did it. Be aware! They even made remove a neg feedback at Amazon under the threat of slowing my refund.
I ordered a new Sony a6400 from SSE PhotoVideo but the box it came it was open and a bit rough looking. The camera was in a loose bag and there was not cover on the mount protecting the sensor. I immediately sent it back. The price was low but if I wanted a used camera I would have ordered a used camera.
Spent 829.00 on a dji drone on 6/6/19 that should be to me in Ohio on 6/11/19. Well seller hasn't shipped it as of 6/9/19 and I need it for work on Wednesday. On 6/9/19 this company hours are 10am til 2pm. I spent from 10:05am til 1:45pm waiting to speak to someone but never got thru to anyone. Make sure you look at all the reviews before buying anything from SSE. Paid the extra money and went to best buy and picked one up today. Now I have to fight to get a refund... STAY AWAY. I added a few screenshots of the phone calls... I literally had 3 different phones going at once all on hold. They are an authorized dealer for dji drones and I will contact dji tomorrow to advise them how SSE is representing them
I had purchased a tripod for my camera last August and a part had snapped off after my second use. I called SSE for a replacement because I really like that tripod and Logan Cohen took my call. Not only was he very personable, professional and courtious, but he send me a whole new replacement for my tripod. Not every store does this and I wanted to shout out to SSE PhotoVideo for being pro customer. I will definitely continue to do business with SSE in the future. Bought a Camera Nikon D3500, supposedly new but it's missing the manufacturer warranty card. Called them and they said "that's because we give you a 90 day warranty" How is this supposed to be better than the manufacturer warranty? They had to open the box to get the warranty card out, or they sold me a refurbished camera for the price of a brand new one. Contacting AG & BBB. Clearly stated on the box Manufacturer Warranty included.
I've ordered a dji gimbal and a refurbished macbook. Both arrived quick and in great condition. Their prices are competitive and overall seem to be a really good company that will continue to get my business.
I bought a $2200 drone kit from them and they sent it two me withou two extra batteries. I called amazon and they put me in contact with this seller that gave me the information that they didn't have the batteries to ship it to me. They also said that they didn't have any delivery estimate time for the batteries. This is the worst amazon seller I ever have experienced.
Answer: I purchased a Nikon D3500 supposedly New. The box clearly states Manufacturer Warranty Included in Box. There was no warranty or product registration in box. I called Ssephoto and they stated " That's because we give you a ninety 90 warranty " this is highly suspicious. They had to open the box to remove the warranty cards or they are not doing full disclosure and passing refurbished items as new.
