In ending I want to tell all of yous that Sprint Software Support person name Ashley was so very very very Professional Helpful and very Caring when I called in to ask her to delete one of my phone links that I wasn't using anymore and she did very very quickly and successful ok smile. Last of all Ashley has very very very very Excellent Communication Skills and she loves her job too and JOB WELL DONE ok smile. Sprint manufactures junk Tablets which stops working within two weeks. It doesn't turn on. When I do buy a tablet which does work, it will not download any apps in the Google Play of Samsung Galaxy Store. Unscrupulous, unethical business.
They have steadily become more difficult to work with. You can't pay your bill in cash at a store without a cash payment fee of five dollars for one. And they don't handle any problems in the store. They direct you to call the customer number. Seems rude. They say they handle repairs but they send the item out most of the time and they won't exchange faulty equipment any longer like they used to at a store. Maybe it's all so to the T-Mobile merger. I don't know but it's annoying.
How diappionting given mislead and misinformed information. For my daughter deployed. Customer service given different info. Did even fix the problem was you pay all the money. So she can come home to base with a working phone active so as you pay right? Sprint That so disappointing! Sad more than mad. T-Mobile will suffer from your actions! That little money is worth your. Reputation.
Unhappy with Sprint overall. I reached out multiple times to the customer service to have my phone unlocked. They kept saying they had but they hadn't unlocked the phone due to which I had to pay extra money to a third party to get the phone unlocked. They were not at all helpful and wasted months of my time, money and energy. Also, when I asked to speak to a supervisor, the agent was rude and didn't connect me. I wouldn't recommend them as their customer service is bad.
Wait times are horrendously long. Customer service is usually polite but I always get someone who's outsourced so there's inevitably a language barrier. Calls take way longer than they should -- the last two calls I made should have taken 15 minutes, tops, but they stretched out to 45+ minutes. Seriously considering switching my service because I am just so consistently frustrated.
I have been with Sprint for 6 years and never experienced the type of service I have today. I have been on the phone for 3 hours to try and restore service and pay my bill. They just transfer you from person to person with no clear direction of what is to happen. You can't get a superior on the phone because they are also dealing with calls. It's unacceptable and this has been the worse since the merged with T Mobile. Making a payment has never been this hard or restoring service. I will not be spending money with this Company any longer. I suggest you do not either.
I ordered a new phone and was told it would come with a SIM card. I got it the next day which was expected but it didn't have a SIM card and getting one ordered was a very horrible and difficult experience. It wasn't supposed to be hard but after 8 days, and over 10 hours of talking to their so-called specialists, who I couldn't understand and they didn't seem to understand me or what I needed so they kept transferring me, way to many times to count. I still don't have my SIM card after being told numerous times that it was ordered and on the way. Their employees don't seem to be on the same page and I got really frustrated by having to keep repeating myself.
Last night I talked to 2 women that seemed to understand what I needed and were great. They ordered me a SIM card with expedited shipping. So I still don't know if it will come but I'm really hoping so. They should screen their employees better because I was told 3+ separate times that a SIM card was on its way and it never came. It should have been easy because it was their mistake and everything about my order should have been filed away and obviously there filing system needs a lot of work. I have a new phone that all I can do is stare at and I am not happy with sprint. I understand about the COVID-19 but I have had plenty of problems in the past before that was an issue, but those problems would have to be in another review. I've been with sprint since 2004 but if I don't get my SIM card I am done with them because I shouldn't have to be stressed about something as simple as getting my phone going.
Having been with sprint for approximately 20 years it's most definitely time to leave. Terrible service, terrible customer service. I was put on hold for the answer to a question I had just asked, but couldn't hear. Instead of repeating the answer I got, hold please. REALLY? And the music was as terrible as everything else. I literally muted the music it was so bad. I'd rather keep checking for a human, than listen to crap music. Sprint, you are terrible. Quit pocketing your billions and hire qualified personnel! I'd give zero stars if I could.

I have been with sprint for years, why cause they will literally make things up as they go to charge you, they was switching to T-Mobile, have not yet received a sims card for months from them, threatened to shut my services down I was able to make calls but had no WiFi, and still charged full services when I have called about the sims card, I finally switched phone services and they are wanting to charge me 3 bills. Always been on time
Our bill for four persons in family plan is $225 monthly. We went to their office and call several times,but unfortunately they did not do anything for us. Customer service is very bad and they don't care about the customer service. No responsibility, no respect, no fair. I don't recommend to anybody, and I want to switch to t-mobile.
Every month I have to fight with sprint to understand why I am being charged between 230 and 265 a month for one phone promoted at 35 a month but I get charged 56 a month PLUS TAX again monthly after I paid 190 in taxes up front for my devices a FREE tablet that is costing me 50 a month and a sprint drive 5 a month plus 15 extra I wasn't told about for 2 gb data at time of purchase That is seen as a LEASE in my bill. Then They add 7.99 participation fee almost 50 in more taxes and billing charges surcharges and taxes and I literally pay more for these devices than for my car payment and full comprehensive insurance each month and its not what I was told up front and 3 x what I paid for similar service and devices thru tmobile when I switched and now t mobile IS SPRINT but I dont see anything resembling a change that indicates any benefits if the merger I still regret going to sprint and cant wait to end the contract I was told I didn't sign up for for service and am trying to find an alternative carrier who isn't going to keep billing me 10 full pages of fees serves discounts taxes participation fees flex spending limits confusing promotional discounts lease options and on and on and on with no clear ability to see how they can justify 240 a month and more for 1 device 1 FREE tablet and unlimited data on one device. I am 65 and paid 35 for 2 lines of unlimited data before sprint. Someone needs to investigate these corrupt greedy ceos and their abusive deceptive billing practices
I've been with Sprint for 19 years and never had any problems until they merged with T-Mobile. I just upgraded my phones only because Sprint gave me free iPhone 13 Pro but when I went into the T-Mobile store at 4100 General DeGualle in New Orleans a Ms Hanna over charged me and added a phone line to my account without me being aware and charged me 480 dollars when I should've only paid 70 dollars after checking my receipt and looking over my agreement they put my signature on the 3rd phone line like I purchase a new line. I can't wait to return to that store because they all are COLD busted and I'm filing a complaint people always check your purchases never trust no one to do the right honest thing.

I have been 2 different stores today and was told to dial 611 regarding a $30 fee they have been charging me for months for a phone that's been paid off for over a year. I have now been on hold for over an hour all to try to get to the bottom of a fraudulent charge. This is asinine. I would not suggest anyone use sprint
In January 2016 i joined sprint since I was getting a discount through my company discount. In March I tried cancelling since i never have service at home, I was told
1) they would contact a technician to check anthena nearby
2) was difficult to reach customer support after calling since time they opened to time they closed, getting transferred and disconnected 5-6 times a day for days
3) I was told I didnt have to pay cancellation fee since I wasnt getting service I just had to present to local sprint, once I showed up to local sprint they tell me i had to pay cancellation fee for tablet and phone
4) sprint customer service tells me they cant cancel my subscription until I pay the remaining balance
5) I paty everything by April, later in October I get a letter from collection agency
6) I try to pay collection company and show them my balance of $0 and they wouldnt take my emails or letters,
7) years later it ruins my credit score for having a balance that was for a phone number with my name but a different carrier not sprint. Sprint gave away my name and number to someone else!

Sprint has a Customer Disservice team who cannot see the forest in the trees. They have spent more money, time, and personal frustration by not addressing 2Brand New Defective Phone when i called them about the problems in the first week. Their answer Geek Squad should replace the New ones hat NEVER WORKED RIGHT WITH USED REFURBISHED ONES! Bad news, i talked my husband into going ith Sprint, dumb on my part!
I left Sprint last year and they put me collections for my last bill. They sent no communications, was told I would get a call back at least 3 times over 2 months and still nothing. They are a predatory company.

I have been talking with customer service every single month since January. I closed my account last January and they keeping send me bills in relation with the account. I have all the screen shots of the conversation with Sprint and in all the conversations they apologized and promised to me to solve the problems and nothing happen. This month I received a letter from collection in relation with the debt, I tried to call them and the number provided for the collection company does not exist. Of course I will not pay a debt rhat I not have and if they continue I will sue the company. This is unacceptable. This is the worst company in the US.

I use sprint and I wish that they had better coverage. There are alot of times I get one bar and thats it. As far as technology has came they should be at the top for service. I also think that their data is way to expensive.
I called sprint/t-mobile to get my service activated and I was transferred 15 times to various departments. No one knew what they were doing nor spoke English. The call dropped after I was on the phone for almost 3 hours. The rep did not call back, then when I called back the rep was nasty and unemphathic, and hung up on me! If I could rate no stars I would.
1 star customer service. Changing my service after 8 years. Waste of money never again will I recommend.

Offered me two promotions last year and have not honored either of them. Bill has been wrong every month and today they said you were never eligible for a promotion and theres nothing we can do. I joined a contract with them under false pretenses and they have treated me as if I were a liar or stupid ever since. Awful company, will get out as soon as I can.

I had issues when my due date was moved to the 5th instead of 13th. Had been paying late. Contacted sprint may 2020 to see what I could do. May bill was paid. Cycle change and now sprint is billing me again for May and June making my bill $324.24. This changed how my bill looks since they change my cycle. Sarah V. Executive Services Analyst Had refused to go back and look at conversations I've had prior to making changes. All she cares about is making me pay for my May bill. I even provided screen shot were customer service from sprint said I paid 5/11 yet they refuse to fix charges. Instead she mails me bill which I didn't ask for that. I said provide charges and payments as I know I didn't have past due in May. They refuse to go back to conversations I had. All they keep saying is I changed my cycle. If I would have bee. Told changing your cycle we are charging you double I would have never done it.
