I ordered a mini helmet and I was concerned about the shipment after reading all the negative reviews online. Ordered a signed jersey which came in the mail within 5 days (bonus for Canada)
Customer service was great
I ordered the wrong Jersey at first and cancelling the order was quick and easy.

I ordered a ticket stub from the 1983 World Series as a gift on a Friday, and paid for FedEX next day shipping so that I could have it on Monday... But when I was checking out online at 1:40pm, I noticed that it said orders placed after 1 pm would be processed the next business day... I called and got Alexis, who pulled the order, flagged it at the Distribution Center, and made sure it shipped... and I received it Monday morning in time to give it as a gift Monday night. Thanks so much! PS, my friend absolutely loved it!
