I put the wrong email on my order and in trying to check tracking I needed my order number which was sent to another email address. I called and spoke with Shelby she was awesome she got me all fixed up. Then Shelby made me aware that part of my shipment would ship at a later date. Shelby then followed up with me after I received the second part of my order. That type of treatment is very rare these days and was definitely appreciated. My paypal account automatically inserted my old address at check out (my fault, I know). After clicking submit I reviewed my order and realized my item was to be shipped to the wrong house. I emailed customer service and Marcos reached out to me at 7:00 AM the next morning to let me know my address had already been changed. After delivery, I received a follow-up email from Marcos making sure the item had arrived to the right address and safely. Really exceptional follow-up all around. About 5 months or so I had a little issue with a order... I got Shelby as my helper angle and she took care of it in a matter of seconds lol ok a day. But she was kind kept in touch with me to make sure the cards were sent and if i received them.
