So I originally messed up my shipping information and immediately emailed customer service. Alexis emailed me back first thing on Monday morning and was able to fix the address. The item shipped fairly quickly and arrived today. As soon as I received it, Alexis emailed me asking if I was satisfied with product. There was a little damage nothing major (a small crease) and Alexis refunded a portion of my purchase due to the damage. The picture itself is amazing! There's a small hologram at the bottom right of the picture. This is used for authentication. This is my second time buying from this company. I highly recommend. The site cares about their customers and the quality of their products! 10/10 would recommend.
