Terrible customer service and Terrible quality! No one answers the phone. Had to contact my credit card company in order to get them to respond. Came late and the quality was awful! Crooked seams and arm sleeve was sewed together. I sent in picture and they never addressed the quality and excused their lateness. If you read the policy they make everything so they are not liable. Because they poor quality merchandise. Got a beautiful jersey FOR LESS at another website! Do your research. It's a scam and more expensive!

I was very concerned reading reviews and very nearly cancelled my order within hours after placing. I gave them a chance and glad I did. My experience was great. I received an email immediately after placing the order. Site stated 5-7 business days to process and literally on day 8, received the jersey in perfect condition. They even sent me tracking information and an email to confirm it was delivered AND gave a 10% discount code for my next order. Maybe they fixed whatever issues plagued them in the past, or I was lucky. Either way, I had a wonderful experience.

My jersey has the wrong name on it. I have been emailing them since right before Christmas. They asked for pics but i had given it to family, to try and fix it. So i asked her to send me pics, like they asked. And was told my pics were incorrect. I took one front one back. They said they believe in 100 percent satisfaction However no one has fixed my jersey. They keep giving me the run around. I posted pics i took for them, and the email they sent back with example of how my pic should be?

Charged my card over 2 weeks ago. I sent an email inquiring for an update and they won't tell me anything. I asked for them to simply cancel my order and they won't. I wish I would have looked for reviews before purchasing here! I will never order from here again. I'm suspicious if they are shipping from overseas despite the Costa Mesa, CA address. The email response wasn't in proper English. Don't buy from here!

I can not recommend buying from this company. Quality of the jersey and size is questionable. Customer service is bad. Phone number provided never reaches a person, messages never receive a return call. No return address provided on site. Return label is required but not provided. I will file a complaint with my credit company to stop payment or try and obtain a refund.

I should had read reviews before I ordered from this company. I ordered a men's 5X baseball jersey and even though the label said 5X, it was smaller than my 4X jersey. They swear up and down, they are right. I looked at different measurement charts and all are bigger than what they claim. I will not support this business ever again. The photo shows their 5X on top of my 4X.

Ordered an old school, maroon-pinstriped Phillies jersey, and - months later - received a bright red-pinstriped jersey with maroon numbers/name and logo glued on.
When I reported the issue to the company, they said that an exchange or return wasn't possible because, essentially, it was close enough.
The jersey is embarrassingly unwearable and the whole thing was a total waste.

Ordered women's medium, authentic Yankees jersey for my 17 yo daughter(5ft8in125lbs). After over a month of waiting, we received a women's x-small, not authentic Yankees jersey. You can see through the jersey, so don't know what the jersey was made from. I emailed the company and never received a response. Called and left several messages and did not get a call back. I sent the jersey back for refund and they denied the package so they would not have to refund my money. They are garbage! Do not buy from them, or you will be sorry. The person that gave them 5 stars on this site is fake! I tried to give no stars, but this site made me give them one.

Worst customer service and jersey quality I have ever come across. The jersey I ordered was made of poor material, and was not sized correctly. I attempted to exchange the jersey in for a larger size, but was refused. Again, was not trying to return or get a refund - they wouldnt even allow me to exchange the jersey (this was not a custom order either). Their website talks about their refund & exchange policy at the top but do not honor it. Additionally, follow ups took days and they never answered their phone. Terrible experience, company - do not use.

Well unfortunately I wish my son would have investigated this site before he spent his chore list money on a $80 Max Fried jersey. We received it two weeks after ordering it and when my son tried it on it was huge. He was so disappointed. He asked me to return it so he could find another jersey before we went to the game. I emailed the company and they asked me to send pics with the sizing and referenced me to the sizing chart. Basically saying it was our fault for not measuring. When I replied back, I ensured the lady that it was still brand new in the original package and that it was a young boys money. Her response was to review the return policy and they do not offer refunds due to wrong sizing. This is ridiculous. How many people estimate the size needed when ordering on line and how many times has someone had to return due to sizing. This company is ridiculous and I will be submitting reviews on every site I can find. PLEASE DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered my husband and I some jersey's on March 4,2023. I usually review places before ordering, but Sportymart was the first to pop up online and I figured it was pretty legit. I received shipping info on the 6th of March but it also said it hasn't been shipped yet. Fast forward to March 13th. Our jerseys are still sitting somewhere waiting to be shipped. I contacted them and Linda replied back and told me to pretty much keep waiting. No ma'am. As a past postal worker, it was clear to me that their process is not handled properly. She would not offer me a refund. I simply got my bank involved to investigate. Also, there are other reviews and even tik toks being made that warn others of their deception. Be very careful with this site. Even the verbiage used in the emails and website is off. It's more than likely another scammer from overseas. Order elsewhere!

I gave this a 1 star review because 0 wasn't an option. Biggest scam for merchandise. I waited 4 weeks to get a jersey in the wrong size and literally frayed everywhere. Cheap material and basically trash. Tried returning and getting a refund and they make you jump through hoops, asking to provide pics with tape measurements! Responding to emails at 2am from "Willen Emmett" claiming to be "Karen from Sportymarts" then "Linda from Sportymarts" - total scam!

I read the bad reviews and still gave them the benefit of the doubt by emailing them before placing any order. They assured me their products were high quality so I decided to place my order. When it arrived, there were loose strings hanging in multiple areas of both of the jerseys I ordered and the material was an extremely thin, cheap feeling material. I emailed them about it and they asked for photos and then refused to refund them stating that they were just fine and I could fix them with a pair of scissors. I was then offered a 10% discount to place another order with them for more products. Are you kidding me! The design didn't even completely match the picture on their website which they emailed to me again to show me how it should look. Their picture looks solid and high quality like when someone uses a filter for a photo to make things look nicer than they are. But the actual product is cheap and thin. There was nothing high quality about them. Save yourself the time and hassle and don't order anything from this company. They do not stand by their products and will disregard anything you say when you reach out with a complaint.

This is a scammer, don't buy anything here, they delayed everything on purpose, they never shipped my item for more than 3 weeks, the tracking number was just a lie to make you wait and wait

Worst website I have ever purchased from. No communication, no shipping info, no tracking unless you ask. Took 22 days for the item to arrive. They would not cancel the order, they lied and said it had already shipped. When you do get a response from them they make it impossible to return or get a refund of your money. I am now stuck with an item I do not need and wont fit my child. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

First let me start by saying obviously some people didn't get what they ordered or didn't like what they ordered I on the other hand got exactly what I ordered in great condition and very professionally done delivery did take longer than I thought but it's also around the holidays I would definitely buy from them again...PS...happy customer here

I ordered two jerseys on November 25th. They were both Christmas gifts and after emailing them over 10 times and calling them multiple times. And tracking it saying it was stuck in the same place for over a month. They finally got back to me and said to give them 24 hr they found something wrong! It is now 12/31/22 and they just got delivered. I understand it was the holidays but I made my order way before their deadline for they say they have to insure they orders would be delivered by Christmas. They should update that! Worse website I have ever ever ordered from no communication, tracking sucks I opened an investigation with USPS. They told them first class delivery suck which I guess is the type of mailing sportymarts does.
I will be asking for a refund let's hope that doesn't take long as well!

I have reached out to them more them 5 times as it is now December 27,2022. I haven't received a tracking number yet. I haven't got so much as a word from them involving my order. If I could save you time and grief please order from somewhere. I have called them, emailed them, and even stated to them I want my money back from not receiving item on Christmas as I ordered item well in advance for Christmas and was very disappointed. I send email and a lady name Linda emails back several days later. Take your money elsewhere do not order from them you will be thoroughly disappointedthey will keep stringing you along and will not fulfill your order

I ordered a jersey and on April 14th sportymart sent me a text saying a usps label was made waiting for usps to pick up nothing but LIES! It's never been mailed I reported this company to my bank and did receive a full refund from my bank plus filed a complaint with my state and the attorney General office this company doesn't exist the address is fake phone numbers are fake don't waste your time or money with this company it's only a SCAM!
