I just ordered my son a jersey that I couldn't find anywhere, like at all. I took a chance on this store & wasn't disappointed. The Jersey is just what I ordered & arrived yesterday! I give SportyMart an A+

I ordered two jerseys on November 25th. They were both Christmas gifts and after emailing them over 10 times and calling them multiple times. And tracking it saying it was stuck in the same place for over a month. They finally got back to me and said to give them 24 hr they found something wrong! It is now 12/31/22 and they just got delivered. I understand it was the holidays but I made my order way before their deadline for they say they have to insure they orders would be delivered by Christmas. They should update that! Worse website I have ever ever ordered from no communication, tracking sucks I opened an investigation with USPS. They told them first class delivery suck which I guess is the type of mailing sportymarts does.
I will be asking for a refund let's hope that doesn't take long as well!

Do Not purchase from this company. I ordered a jersey and it took almost a month to deliver. I reached out to the company multiple times to be a phone and email and finally got someone to respond about a week and a half later. When I got the jersey I did not fit my son, so I wanted to exchange it, and I was told I could not. I checked the return policy and do not say anything about not being able to exchange, says you cannot get a refund for the wrong size, but nothing about not able to exchange.

Please do not order from this company. I ordered from this company a Yankees jersey December 10,2022
I have reached out to them more them 5 times as it is now December 27,2022. I haven't received a tracking number yet. I haven't got so much as a word from them involving my order. If I could save you time and grief please order from somewhere. I have called them, emailed them, and even stated to them I want my money back from not receiving item on Christmas as I ordered item well in advance for Christmas and was very disappointed. I send email and a lady name Linda emails back several days later. Take your money elsewhere do not order from them you will be thoroughly disappointedthey will keep stringing you along and will not fulfill your order

I agree with another review I read after I made the purchase. DO NOT BUY FROM SPORTYMARTS. Delivery took forever, they would not cancel my order. The jersey is not authentic nor is it the color I was expecting. Now that I want to return, they have not responded to my request of an address I can return item to and receive a credit. Calling my credit card company tomorrow to report & hopefully cancel payment. I believe they are overseas & not in Mesa, CA, as on their website. I called their number twice and have never received a callback. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!

First let me start by saying obviously some people didn't get what they ordered or didn't like what they ordered I on the other hand got exactly what I ordered in great condition and very professionally done delivery did take longer than I thought but it's also around the holidays I would definitely buy from them again...PS...happy customer here

Ordered a jersey from here. They took the money but never received the product. They'll send you shipping information when you inquire but the item actually never gets shipped.

We needed the jerseys for Halloween. They took almost a month to arrive… and came too late. They will not accept a return.

Sportymarts, You will hear nothing from us but we will take your money.
We false advertise to get your business. Once you pick a product, send a dollar amount, we might send you something you didn't order.
Our scam is complete.

Now Sportymarts waits for another victim to scam.

Worst website I have ever purchased from. No communication, no shipping info, no tracking unless you ask. Took 22 days for the item to arrive. They would not cancel the order, they lied and said it had already shipped. When you do get a response from them they make it impossible to return or get a refund of your money. I am now stuck with an item I do not need and wont fit my child. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!
