I was fortunate enough to be in contact with Shelby Coyle from sports memorabilia. As i received a damaged photo she quickly and promptly resolved my case. I received a reasonable credit for damaged photo as such photo had some sentimental value to me. I can not say enough about her professionalism.

Made a purchase and the shipment was fast and easy except when the shipping company messed up. Not a big deal I made one call and Connie solved my problem quickly.

Waited very long for an autographed photo that turned out to be a player's cancellation and rescheduling of the signing. Connie from customer service kept us up to date via email throughout the process so that we weren't left wondering what happened to our package. She was delightful to work with and really helped solve the original problem.
