In spite of all the negative reviews I have made several purchases from Sports Direct Online. The prices were excellent. The items were rare and impossible to locate anywhere else at a price anything short of extortion. Yes, the shipping is expensive but more than made up for by the bargain prices. Don't blame Sports Direct for high shipping prices - that's just how it is. Every order I received exactly what I had ordered. Excellent tracking and very quick international shipping. I would not hesitate to purchase from Sports Direct again. Thank-you for reading this review. Cheers.

“Appalling service!”

Will never be using this company again! Ordered 2 pairs of joggers, received only one. Raised a query straight on arrival, was asked for pictures of parcel and missing item?!. Provided pictures! Was told that the item has been registered by the scan machine at the packing facility and definitely sent to me?! Is it another Horizon malfunction?:-(. And, in the end, was basically called a liar for £15 joggers! Wow! Sports Direct! What an experience! Never again!

Sprots Direct sells cheap and great products however customer serves is dreadful! However it does sell good stuff so around 6/10!

Asked for a pair of trainers for my son to try on, 25 mins later the guy hadn't come back so asked where he was... Finished for the day. Great. We left and won't be back!

Sportsdirect hides unbiased view of the products. I bought these boots: http://www.sportsdirect.com/campri-snowdon-waterproof-mens-walking-boots-*******?colcode=*******26

After 2 weeks of use boots start to leak, and I wrote a review, but review has been Disapproved and Removed without justification.

If you looking for quality waterproof boots, don't buy these. The price corresponding quality - got leak after 2 weeks of wearing in normal daily use. Water starts coming in even walking on just the wet grass.
Also I have feet length 27 cm and I bought 9 UK, fits perfect (even can put on second pair of thin socks).

I've bought a bike from sportsdirect.com and had it sent internationally. After a few days, I received an email from them requesting a review. I gave my most honest and detailed review so others could make a decision and understand the mountain bike which I purchased, from Dunlop at 89.99£, 26'', frame 18'', purple and white colour. I had written this review:
"PROS:
- looks nice;
- double suspension is effective, especially when seating, you will feel the spring;
- frame appears sturdy, even if it is very heavy;
- price is affordable.
- delivery was very fast. I ordered on the 18th Sept. And received it on the 23rd Sept. From the UK to Malta.

CONS:
- tires and wheels take up to 90kg, as written on them. This info is NOT provided on description;
- gears were messed up when I rode the bike for the 1st time (it would never get into the 4th, 5th or 6th, the gear would be too loose when I would change it even up to the max. Had to play around with it for 20 minutes in order to somehow, miraculously make it work);
- 6th gear (highest and stiffest) sometimes makes chain go loose or it simply doesn't go into 6th;
- painting scratches easily - careful how you use scissors to open the packaging;
- gear levers on hand are not comfortable to change and the writing of the gear number you are in is hard to read when riding;
- V brakes are very hard to adjust, even with manual. Will have to pay for a bike shop to adjust them as neither me or my partner can fix them.
- saddle is very stiff and narrow, extremely uncomfortable. Will have to buy a wider and softer saddle.

Otherwise, I give this bike 3 out of 5.

Still, even after all this, I would recommend it on promotion, but not at original price."

They disapproved of my comment without any reason even though I posted it on the correct page, did not swear or violate any community terms!
I've already sent an email to costumer. Service requesting a justification for this.
