Hi, I saw a lot of negative reviews about spoiled child from this website and most of people said that they barely get their order or couldn't get the return after the cancel. I just purchased an order from spoiled child yesterday because I saw a video on Facebook with a lot of positive comments. My order is $95, and I'm a high school student so it is a big money with me, I immediately cancel my order and now I'm scared that do I gonna get the return? Because a lot of people said that they have to deal with the bank to get money back so can someone tells me know that it is possible to get return?
First time I used. Doing ok! After 2nd bottle of using religiously. My hair got worse than before!
Iam so sad! I stoped going to my gym and gatherings! I gave a great review before. Now I am so miserable! I will return the unopened boxes!

I signed up for autoship and it was ok for two months. Like another reviewer said, it does run out about a week before the next one gets to you. The third month, I never received my order. About a month after paying for it, and right before I was going to get charged again, I had to cancel my auto ship. Tracking only said "label created" and was never shipped. Not worth it to wait and pay money for something that you want to take consistently.

They clone my subscription and they sent me 2 order of 2 bottles in the same month!
I asked them to cancel until they fix it in their system, buy the agent said...We can't cancel order when is processing. Ohhh, but they can sent it and charge twice a month for that?!?!
This feels like a real shameless action.

I have been using spoiled child for a couple of months. I have received results as advertised. I will continue to use product for another couple of months and I see positive results. I will renew my subscription.
Consistency is key
I spent so much money on the hair serum in hopes to stimulate new hair growth and increase the thickness of my hair. I used the product for about nine months and saw no change. It felt like a total rip off. The moneyback guarantee makes no sense, when they tell you that you have to use it past that date to see any results. I just kept using it in hopes that I would see some change. I feel like I was scammed.

I wish I could rate them a zero. I wanted to try it out and have been trying to cancel and haven't even tried the product. I should've looked up the company before even signing up for the 'trial' you're charged for the trial and also charged IMMEDIATELY for the refills and there's no customer service number, no way of removing your card information. DO not do this for the love of everything holy. It is a waste and horrible horrible horrible customer service.

I wrote a review a couple weeks ago because I wasn't happy at all with the collagen, I wasn't expecting them to reaching out to be more specific (Melissa), she was emailing me all this week to make sure I was happy and I'm now! And I will definitely try another product for sure.

I was transitioning from fall to winter, this is normally a time when I experience a lot of normal hair shedding. I was hopeful that the product would help. I only sprayed the product around specific perimeters of my head. Exactly where I sprayed the product is where I am experiencing unprecedented bald patches and hair loss. This has never happened to me in my lifetime.

I thought the smell of the gummies was awful, but I persevered and continued with my purchase. The taste is much more pleasing than the smell! I actually just ordered a second bottle as I do believe the product is working. I am going to give it a second month! I do appreciate your wonderful customer service!

I canceled my subscription over a month ago because I did NOT like the products. The serum was ehhh, but when I applied the moisturizer it would bead up on my face after awhile almost like a silicone layer. Anyhoo, I received a notification the charged my PayPal account $124! For what? A canceled subscription?! I had one subscription left for the collagen, which has now been canceled as well.

I just recently received my order of the liquid mango flavor collegen.However, when I did receive my package, the cap was cracked. I receive the email asking Was I satisfied with my order? I explained that the top was cracked. Understand through shipping. Things happen. Well to my surprise. Melissa M and customer service is sending me another bottle to take the place of the old one I wasn't expecting that. This is truly good customer service. Thank you to spoiled child.

I was promised my card wouldn't be charged with a free 30day trial. Nope they charged my card $50. Then it's suppose to last 90 days. 5 washes and it's empty. 25 days after my supposed free 30 day trial I was charged another $50. My hair is softer with a $5 kids spray conditioner and no scamming or stealing my money. Plus they email me so much and text me to many times then they sell your info. Stay away from this lying company. Nothing is worth what they put me through. I even blocked them and reported them to my bank because they fraudulently took another $50 with in my supposed free 30day trial without my permission. For a free 30 trial you're gonna pay over $100 in less than 25 days. If you can't take this review as a huge warning or red flag I don't know what more to tell you except RUN AWAY from this company!

First of all, I did the try before you pay option and only pay $5.95 for shipping. Then to find out they charged my bank the $5.95 for shipping and $115 for the full package( that I didn't even) I ordered a $59.00 serum. I fought the charge with my bank and had to get a new card so they can't charge me again. And on top of everything, I ordered the loss of hair serum and they charged me for the Fuller and Thicker hair full package. Total scammers. I can't give you a review wether if the product works or not because they don't give us a chance to try it before scamming us.

3 months ago (at age 71) I started taking Spoiled Child's Extra Strength Liquid Collagen. Almost immediately my troublesome digestions regulated; shortly thereafter my joints were less achy and I had more energy. My primary reason for buying this was to help my thinning hair. This company charged my bank account 3 consecutive months and no products arrived. The customer service team kept making excuses about the delivery.
I had to request to my bank They block all payments to SpoiledChild.

Trust me, dont fall for the "Try before you buy" $5 promo. I did it originally and the order didn't seem to be processing - And it made me wonder why (I was using a basically emptied checking, but there was like $9 in it - I mean if the first payment is $5, I should know the exact total by the end), so i added more money to see if that was it, and somehow couldn't get it to work. It wasn't til I saw that they tied to charge $64.61 to my card FOUR times! That's why the card "wasn't working"... This site is designed to trick you into offering your bank information.
You can't even delete your payment info off the site once it is given.

The mango flavored liquid collagen isn't as sweet as people are saying it is. It's quite tolerable, and even less sweet when mixed with water. So far so good with it, we will see after 30 days. I got gifted the Hydrolock lips mask, and it is amazing! A little goes a long way, and my lips feel so smooth without feeling greasy. So far I'm happy with my order and my experience with this company. It's only been a week, so we will revisit at the 1 month mark.
