I received my order which was missing an item I purchased. As I communicated this with Spoiled Child, they not only reshipped my item but added another great item with it at no charge! Great products and great company to purchase from.
I bought the G25+ Anti-Aging Retin + Night Rewind Serum, and after 7 days of using it I was shocked at the results I was seeing in my skin! I already have a my skin routine which already gives me amazing results but adding this product to the list was the best choice. I can't put into words how beautiful, bright and healthy my skin looks. The ads they made with real people using this product is 100% true!

Just received it and have only used it for 3 days now. My complaint is the smell! While I love Rosemary in my cooking and grow it…I don't want to walk around smelling like I'm baking chicken or pork on my head. The odor is just too much! Is there an unscented?

First impressions were that it smelled funky but not intolerable and may I have been starting to see/feel improvements but the 1 bottle does to complete a full month if you take the 2 tablespoon a day (…of the "1-2 tablespoon") recommendation so to continue this would simply break the bank and not worth it for me. I tried two bottles but it came down to being too expensive for something that's just ok and I couldn't justify it. Maybe if it was less expensive I'd consider continuing to get the wanted results / full effect. Until then. Ehh idk
They charged me twice I sent the product back because it was garbage and never got a refund
They sent me a fake refund receipt and the 4 digits card on it is not mine.
I tried to read out to them no one responded back
I tried from a different email someone reached out instantly and when I told them about my refund, they goshted my emails.

I think the product worked, but it was difficult to get the refill to work( user error I am sure) so I had to pour it into a different spray bottle.
Stoped using due to cost and it made it hard to skip hair wash days

I purchased a sample of one of their conditioning hair masques. It does not work on semi-course wavy hair. It didn't feel very moisturizing.
Also, they charged me $111.55 a month later. I never subscribed to anything. I simply purchased a sample product.

I got the so called FREE TRIAL and returned the liquid collagen, the probiotic gummies and collagen cream. I was charged 247$ CAD once they accepted my returned items and then proceeded to refund me 162.03, a difference of $85 CAD.I logged into my account and see they refunded me for the gummies and collagen cream but not the liquid collagen.
So if you're going to charge me ( the liquid collagen is $49 USD (66$ CAD) why keep the product? I would like it back if you're going to charge me for it and because it's opened, I don't trust it. Why are you keep $85 of my money when the product is only 66$?

I just order then canceled within less that 10 mins. I received an email stating my order can't be cancelled! Why is that when I did the 30 days free trial but I'm seeing pending charges to my account. Then I get an email stating I can't cancel. I need someone to explain to me why?

Their "free samples" are never free. I'm going to be charged $50 if I keep their free product rather than return it within 30 days, and I have no way to cancel the order. Their customer service is a joke and constantly refers to their scam as "frustrating" without actually resolving anything.
UPDATE: My money was refunded after dealing with these people for the better part of a month, and they FINALLY unsubscribed me from their e-mails after a dozen requests for them to stop contacting me.
Will not EVER try to shop with this company ever again, and I strongly suggest no one even tries to shop with them in the future.
My 18 yr-old-son ordered the hair mask from an Instagram ad using the "Try before you buy" option. A POS hold was placed on his bank account in the amount of shipping ($5 range) and an additional hold in the amount of $100+. The order has an additional product (valued at $49ish) that he didn't intend to order. We immediately contacted customer service to cancel the order, but we were told they can't cancel it, and that he has to wait for it to be shipped so we can return it. Seriously? Less than an hour has passed on an INCORRECT order, and it can't be canceled? In addition, we couldn't find a phone number on their website to speak with a live person. Worst customer service EVER!

The minute I rinsed the 10- use Hair Mask promoting hair growth, I was in love! The product smells good! It feels good and it leaves your hair silky, soft. And moisturised! I will definitely purchase the product again. I can tell a difference in my hair elasticity and texture! This is good stuff!

I got scammed by this company, after I saw their advertisement on Facebook, I order the trial for $5, (yeah right) I got 1 product that I didn't like, it claims to be all natural but the smell is of harsh chemicals. I was not going to order again, but surprise, surprise, they try to charge my account for $175.00 I immediately went on my mobile app only to find out they had already charged $175 and were trying to charge it again for an autorefill. I check the receipt and they had charged me for 4 products and 2 free gift that I never got. I tried and tried to get ahold of them without success, they only answered back when I threated to file a fraud claim with my credit card (that I obviously did anyways) They have cause me headaches and anxiety. Do not buy this product, even if it worked, its not worth the hassle!

The product does not work. They want you to give it two to three months so that means you have to spend over $150 in order to see any results. Also they give you 30 days to try on the 31st day they charge your account will that means you do not get a full 30 days to try it you only get 3 weeks to try it before you have to send it back. And then they charge you the $51 and some change. Also I changed my payment amount because I'm no longer authorized on the one payment that I put in and they still charged the first account. So if I was you I would have second thoughts.

I ordered the hair growth treatment, the bottle came apart shortly after and I couldn't get the liquid out. A new bottle was sent and shortly after the spray pump is faulty and the liquid just squirts and runs out when trying to apply to my hair. I gave up. Too bad as I'd have liked to seen the treatment through.
I was just looking at the product and I have my debit card on file. I don't even know how but an order was placed. I tried to cancel it right away but they told me it was imposible even if I do not order it. I am seeing all the reviews and it is the same response over and over. I think it is just an automatic response. I think they are stealing money from accounts. I am working with my bank to resolve this.
