Spocket charged my credit card a day before my free trial ended. Even when I canceled the day I found they had illegally charged my account, they denied a refund after multiple attempts because of "server issues. "
The worst part is that it's the second time it's happened to me. The first time, they fooled me into thinking it was my fault, but now, I have proof that they scammed me (screenshot).
On October 16,2024, I joined Spocket with the hope of growing my Amazon business. Unfortunately, my experience has been overwhelmingly negative, and I strongly urge others not to purchase their membership. Here's why:
No Real Wholesale Pricing: The products listed on Spocket are not offered at true wholesale rates. Even when products appear to be available, they often fall under copyright or counterfeit issues.
Amazon Violation Issues: After pushing a product from Spocket to Amazon and placing an offer, I received a violation notice the very next day: "Counterfeit without a Test Buy." This type of violation is highly damaging for Amazon sellers.
No Brand Authorization: When I contacted Spocket to provide a brand owner authorization letter to resolve the issue, I received no support. Despite several follow-ups and reminders, no authorization was provided. This lack of responsiveness wasted my time, energy, and money, leaving a lasting negative impact on my Amazon store.
Unreliable Customer Support: The chat support is subpar and lacks basic knowledge about Amazon policies, brand authorization, and product handling. Their inability to provide proper guidance makes the platform highly unreliable.
Legal and Operational Concerns: It's unclear how Spocket operates legally in the USA while offering products with insufficient information about their authenticity and compliance with Amazon's policies. This raises serious concerns about their credibility.
In summary, joining Spocket has been a risky and costly mistake. It has caused significant stress, wasted resources, and negatively affected my Amazon seller account. If you value your time, business reputation, and peace of mind, I strongly advise staying away from this platform. Based on my experience, Spocket is not suitable for Amazon sellers and poses substantial risks to your business.
My experience with Spocket has been deeply disappointing. Tech support feels robotic and impersonal, relying too heavily on automated responses with little human connection. After a billing error during my trial, I faced slow responses and a lack of compassion, despite sharing the urgency of my situation. Spocket's customer service seems to lack the soul and understanding that small business owners need. This is not the support I expected from a platform promising to empower entrepreneurs.
I got a paid trial from them, and quickly realized after 1 minute that this is not for me. I cancelled the trial, but then after a few days I saw a charge of $99 on my credit card for the next subscription period and I immediately contacted them via support within literally 2 minutes after the charge saying that I had cancelled. They held me waiting for 2 days saying that a refund must be approved, and after 2 days they said they have a no-refund policy!
I wish there would be any zero star rating as they are scamming with your credit card information. I never save my Card Information anywhere but they save the card information without your consent and charge you subscription fees without your permission. Dont go for any of their free or 1$ Trial. They are scamming with auto debit subscription fees. Dont Trust them with any sensitive financial information.
Unfortunately, I was scammed! My paused account automatically reopened and charged a fee last week. This is an account that had never been used during this period. I contacted your customer service, but they rejected my refund request.
I also replied to the CEO's welcome e-mail to share this experience, but the email was returned to me. Of course, this email address is also fake. All of the emails you received during the trial period are fake except Abigail (maybe her name is also fake)!
We are all entrepreneurs, and you must be aware of how valuable every cent is for any of us. We give your service a chance and try it out (you pay a lot for marketing to gain us), then we stop our account instead of deleting it in case we might use your tool in the future. And you are willing to risk losing an entrepreneur you have gained in such a simple way.
You are also ignoring the new paid users that I may bring you in the future by mentioning your website in my network... I suggest you reconsider this scam-like model. Likewise, I paused my account, and you have reactivated it by taking unforeseen fees.
I hope that one day you will earn money for what you really deserve and not by feeding on people's forgetfulness.
Dropshippers, WARNING BE very careful if you are going to use Spokett to promote products.
I gave my bank details to them to check their products, there is a free trial for 7 days, and you need to give your bank details other ways not possible to see the products they have.
I deleted the free trial the next day, and they charged me 32 Euros a few days ago, saying I didn't cancel my membership, there is not a sign or anything when you cancel your free trial saying also you need to cancel your membership, and when I cancel my trial, I was sure I won't be charge.
There is no email or chat to contact them on the website, I manage to get an email searching on Google.
And they are lying to me, blaming me and saying they cancel the membership and I won't be charged again, I cancel myself the same day they told me.
They don't want to give me the money back.
BE CAREFUL WITH SPOCKETT, THEY ARE MAKING MONEY WITH THIS SCUM.
Be careful; do not believe the free trial days cause you will not be refunded... Stay away
Managing your business needs a good and an ease in communication. However, the team seems to be lacking this part, which is a turn off factor and one of the reasons why I will no longer continue with the service
Beware of the massive positive reviews. Do not use this company. They will charge you every other day 3 or 4 times even after you have canceled the service. This had caused $300 in fees at my bank.
Extremely easy to use and understand. This is the only platform that I know of that has an abundance of US-based suppliers. Suppliers from AliExpress is getting too expensive to dropship. But profit margin is also low with US suppliers. Will wait and see what happens with my store sales.
At first Spocket seems like a promising source for domestic drop shipping UNTIL you spend hours going through the products only to realize that most products being offered are POD products that can be created for free through other venues. In the rare event that you end up finding some unique products, usually marked as VIP products, adding to your store and spending a bunch of money in advertisement to promote it, only to be notified a few days later that the product was removed from the seller. Spocket is refusing to refund me for the months i won't be using them because i cancelled the membership as i was unsatisfied with their service. DO NOT waste your time with SPOCKET.
I decided to close my account and followed their online instructions to downgrade my account, but the next step was cancel account and there was no cancel account option. In fact, when I hit downgrade, it kicked me out to another section. I contacted them, and they said they could not refund my fee or close the account, and gave me the same instructions I had followed earlier. Nothing is more frustrating than to try to cancel something that should be easy to cancel.
STAY AWAY AND NEVER GIVE THEM YOUR CARD DETAILS. THEY DISALLOWED ME TO CHANGE MY PASSWORD. THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF MY WEBDEVELOPER HAVING COVID AND ON REQUESTING, DID NOT EVEN CONSIDER ONCE BY KEEPING ON CHARGING $49 PER MONTH.
SAD THE WORLD HAS COME TO CROOKS LIKE THIS. ESPECIALLY KIM FROM SPOCKET IS A THIEF
Spocket is legit. Excellent customer service, great products. I would recommend Spocket to everyone. I make a great income.
I am just starting but I cant believe how simple it is to sign up. Another thing is that the staff was so quick to respond to me that i knew i had made the right choice.
I think spocket provided great help for new dropshipper in finding a local supplier and good quality branded.
Since due to covid shipping time is increased a lot and as a seller, this is huge challenge for sellers. We receives lot of complaints if shipping is too high. Thanks Spocket
