I accidentally hovered over the submit order button and without even clicking it, they submitted my order. I immediatley looked for a "cancel order" button, and there isn't one. So I emailed their customer service and keep getting a circular BOT email. UGH. This company sucks.
I can afford cute glasses here, as opposed to the eyedoc office.
So far so good, I hope I get these quickly but we will see!
I bought a pair of sunglasses from EyeBuyDirect last year and have been happy with them.
I decided to close my account and followed their online instructions to downgrade my account, but the next step was cancel account and there was no cancel account option. In fact, when I hit downgrade, it kicked me out to another section. I contacted them, and they said they could not refund my fee or close the account, and gave me the same instructions I had followed earlier. Nothing is more frustrating than to try to cancel something that should be easy to cancel.
Tip for consumers:
Be aware that they will not help you and you won't get a refund. I will have to dispute the charge on my credit card to get my money back.

I hadn't even sold any of their items yet, I just wanted to close my shop and close my plan with Spocket.
