I signed up for Spocket's free trial to explore their dropshipping platform, but the experience quickly turned sour. I canceled before the trial ended, but was still charged—and despite repeated outreach, Spocket refused to issue a refund. They cited a "no-refund policy" buried in their terms, even though I never received any cancellation confirmation or warning that the account remained active. What's worse is the overall business model. Most of the products you'd actually want to sell are locked behind multi-tiered paywalls, making it impossible to evaluate what you're paying for. This feels intentionally designed to confuse users and upsell them before they've even had a chance to test the platform properly. Spocket claims to empower entrepreneurs, but in practice, it feels more like they're nickel-and-diming users who are just trying to help promote their vendors' products. Between the poor transparency, lack of real support, and refusal to issue a refund for an unauthorized charge, I cannot recommend this platform in good faith. I've filed a dispute with my bank and will continue to share my experience so others can avoid the same frustration.
