I've been a customer of Splash Wines from the beginning. Every step of the way has been exactly like you would want your own business to be run.
Their customer service team is very courteous and willing to assist in any way possible. The quality of the wines purchased over the last number of years is also excellent. There were some shipping glitches when CV-19 first started, but you were updated on status virtually every day. Today their shipping rates a solid "10" for speed and no damage.
They aren't always the fastest to ship, and this is not the site to find a world class $100 Bordeaux. However, what you get for your money is a solid value and they answer their emails.
I've been through a handful of online wine clubs but this is my goto. Also nice that you have to order, they don't put you on a subscription that you have to stay aware of and cancel when not needed.
I have been a satisfied/happy Consumer of Splash wines for a couple of years. Hunter always takes good care of me and cheerfully accommodates my needs! My wines are usually delivered within two/three days and arrive in perfect condition. Splash has *always* stood behind their product! I highly recommend Splash Wines! Cheers!
Since finding Splash wines about 6 months ago, it has completely changed my wine purchasing.

I've tried many over the last decade, and by far Splash Wines has been the best company I've come across. The varieties, the promotions, the value, their shipping process, and their unbeatable guarantees are by far the best! I'm such a fan that I tend to call the toll-free customer loyalty agents to place my order because of the excellent service and personal care they provide.
Splash provides a consistent quality product. My favorite case so far was a closeout case where they picked the wines and just assured that they would be no worse than the sample wines. The case arrived and my wife loved several of the new wines from places like Portugal, Argentina, Spain, France and South Africa.
I have neen a Splash customer for many months and my experience has been absolutely awesome. The products are very good and choices are extensive. You can choose what you want at the price point you want. If you are looking to join a wine club I recommend Splash, it's extraordinary!
I have ordered from them several times and always a very good price and the taste has been great I myself prefer White Wines but like the Reds and Blushes as well, my Wife prefers the Sweeter Wines I also collect wines from different countries and from different Winery's in the U.S. and they are great as well.

We are so glad we found Splash Wines. Trying new wines is a fun experience, and with Splash's low prices, it doesn't feel like a big risk to buy a big box of them. That said, we haven't found one that we didn't like yet.

I love Splash Wines. I have been ordering for five years now. I always get what I ordered. If I am not happy, and I have been a couple of times, I let them know and they issue me credit on a future order. I am happy with that. Once I even had an order arrive with broken bottles that they gave me credit for as well. I love the option to try wines from all different countries or right here in the states. I have tried other services only the stop them, but I keep this one no matter what. I have rack that holds 60 bottles and it never seems to empty. Great Service. Great Wine.
During Covid Splash Wines has been such a blessing! Even when Covid it is over I will continue to order my wines through Splash! I love the diversity of experiencing new wines and I have never been disappointed!
I've been buying wine regularly on Splash for about two years. I started off using Groupon to get curated cases and then started buying the bottles I liked directly from the site. I really like their variety and the fact that you earn "Splash Cash" with each purchase. The Splash Cash can be used on future orders for a few bucks off, which is always nice.
They will also refund you for any bottles you tell them you don't like and will make a note to not send you that wine even in future curated cases. Their customer service is really excellent.
I've been with Splash since the early days. Quality, low pricing and stellar service is why I buy again and again and again. You'll never pay for a bottle you don't like. Highly recommend looking into Splash!
I have been a member of Slash Wines now for many years. They have amazing wines at truly remarkable prices. We generally lean towards the refs, but once in a while we order a custom case to include a couple whites. All have met our needs! You never pay for a wine you don't like, but I've only had to request a refund for a bottle once! They are consistently good wines! You can't go wrong with splash wines. I recommend them 100%!
I have been ordering from splash for the last year and have rarely had a bottle I didn't love. If there is ever a delivery issue, it is quickly addressed and resolved. No more hit it miss grocery store wine for me!
