I placed an order with SpiritShop about a week ago. I then went on the site to check the reviews. I saw many negative things that were posted about the quality of orders received. Initially I began to feel uneasy about my order. I thought to myself that if I had read the reviews I would not have placed the order. When I received my item today I was overjoyed with the quality and precision that was put in the work. In hindsight, had I went with the negative reviews I would have lost out. I don't write many reviews, but I thought it necessary to honest about my experience. I'm not saying anyone else experience was the same as mine; what I'm saying is that my experience is pretty good. The material is also good. I will definitely use their services again. I hope that this review is helpful. I don't have any affiliation with this company other than being a satisfied customer.
Ordered a customized item for my son's birthday. Gave them enough time to deliver the item. Delivery date passed, still got nothing. Called UPS and was told that the package was lost in transit. Called low in SpiritShop and i was told to wait another 5 days before they could give a refund or replacement. Replacement is no good coz' of my son's birthday is just a week away. Can't rate the quality of the item since it hasn't arrived yet. NEVER AGAIN! Low in SPIRITSHOP's a JOKE!
I received my order and realized both things I ordered had my name wrong. I called in to see what happened, looked like was my error when submitting the order. The gentlemen I talked to was very helpful, and put through a new order and thanked me for how I handled the situation and sent the new order free of charge. I was grateful for what he did knowing it was probably my error
Easy to order. Shirts were on sale. Site was easy to navigate. Shirts arrived packaged well and were perfectly designed and everything was spelled correctly. Will purchase again as we have 6 grandchildren in sports.

I received my mask yesterday and was not happy. It had white lines going through the material and seams and the mask is very thin and you can barely see the image that was on there... i can't wear this mask.
This is the worse purchase I've ever made.
I Purchased from them before and never had a problem until recently. I purchased a shirt from them for $40 and they sent it to me with the lettering below my mid back so my sons name sits below my bra line. The number is even lower setting on my hips and rear end when I told them that this looked inappropriate their response was this is the way they place it? So if this is the way they place it do not do not have any personalization done! Please don't buy from them because it's not the way a shirt should lock the name should sit between the shoulder blades. They are telling me that this is the way they do it find another place and save yourself the money!
Delivery was on time, love the sweatshirt with grandson's midschool on front. I did need to contact customer service with a question and that problem was settled quickly and politely and professionally. Grandson will love the gift.
I ordered a stainless steel water bottle. I was unnoticied that my order was cancelled, and when I reached out they said I should've been (doesn't change the fact that I wasn't). It has been almost an entire month and I still have not received my refund. They keep emailing me saying it should be coming through, but it is not. Do not waste your time with these people. I highly recommend Etsy instead.
The shirt arrived smaller than the posted sizes. When I called about a replacement I was told to "take a picture of the tag and take measurements of the shirt and email to customer service." Several days later I get a response to take pictures with the tape measure in the photos. I did as they asked and sent photos with the tape measure on the shirt. Another few days pass and they are now asking for better photos with the entire front of shirt with the tape measure. However, you will not be able to read the tape measure if I pan out on the photo. This process has been over 2 weeks and I am no closer to a resolution. I purchased $77.00 worth of items. I suggest you find another site to order from.
My son order about $100 worth of clothes from Spirit Shop. He inadvertently left off the suite number. Almost a month went by without me hearing from them, then find out it had been shipped back to Spirit Shop. I gave them the correct address and they shipped back out to me. A month went by and still did not receive my order. Then to find out they lost my order during shipment and sent a replacement. I then asked for a refund, which they refused to refund my money. When I get the order, my son ordered a youth large instead of adult large. I asked if I can exchange it for a larger size. They refused to exchange it for me.
Hi Cindy, we're sorry for your experience. If the address is insufficient unfortunately the post office is unable to deliver and returns packages to us. Unfortunately as the return was never received by us we did replace your order. I see that your son ordered a youth large and that while we don't do exchanges because they're custom printed, we did offer an adult size at 50% off on February 23.
I ordered a sweatshirt expecting it to be a normal comfy sweatshirt. What I got was a sweatshirt with no stretch in it at all that it was hard to even get on. Once it was on, the fit was so misshapen and deformed. It look like it had shoulder pads in it. And now I'm stuck with it because they don't accept returns.
I ordered a shirt for my sister-in-law; she wanted to surprise my brother for his birthday. We got the surprise instead. I ordered a men's small; they sent a youth small. They refused any refund or exchange. Said something to the effect that it a Spanish/Cuban men's small. What a shoddy company. Never again!
I placed an order for a sweatshirt. The style, color and size were available. I received notifications when my order was placed, when it had shipped, and the expected date for delivery, which was the actual date I received it.

I was looking for a gym bag similar to my old 1976 high school bag. This bag was not the same but defineitly a new and improved version. I am very happy with the quality and printing. I also ordered a printed grocery bag for my old HS friend as a Christmas gift. All arrived as advertised. I will order again if I need another printed product.

Ordered sweatshirts from Spiritshop.com and as we know Stuff happens, I contacted customer service and they contacted me and had the problem resolved.
Customer Service was awesome and because of that, I will purchase from them again.
I recently ordered two sizes of the same sweatshirt as a gift. SpiritShop was great about delivering each quickly and helping me with credit for return of the wrong-sized item.
I will gladly recommend SpiritShop as a source for school-branded outerwear.

In preparation for the upcoming baseball season, I ordered a coach's jacket. Unfortunately, there was a minor misspelling in the embroidered name.
I emailed the manager the oversight. The jacket was corrected and returned within 7 days. I truly appreciate the promptness and the quality of the merchandise.

I wish I had read reviews first. I would have never ordered from this company. I ordered a hoodie and the product I received was awful. The letters were faded and had a yellow tint. Save yourself, don't waste your time or money! You will be disappointed.and you will be leaving a review too.

Answer: Hello, Thanks for your interest in Spirit Shop. We carry different brands and sizing may vary by brand. Each garment has its own size chart with product measurements from the manufacturer. We recommend you measure a hoodie you already own for comparison and then choose whatever size most closely matches those measurements. To measure, lay the hoodie on a flat surface and measure across the front from seam to seam about 1" below the arm hole. Length is measurement from the highest point of the shoulder near the neckline down to bottom hem.
