I've been ordering from SpiritShop the past couple of years for my Special Olympic Athletes. The athletes really love the sweatshirts and designs. Ordering has been pretty easy and addition to receiving Thd order in a timely manner. Coach Rudy Nesbitt.
I guess the hat KIND OF looks like what I ordered. Awful quality. The way the logo is applied makes the hat uncomfortable to the point it might be unwearable. Not even going to bother asking for refunds or exchanges as all these one star reviews show their customer service is as bad as their products.
I have placed orders with the Spirit Shop several times and have never been disappointed. They design the shirts/sweatshirts exactly as ordered. The delivery was always as quoted and on time. I will order more as needed. Great company and customer service!

Most reviews on Sight Jabber are from people who only had a bad experience with their orders. Not many take the time to leave good reviews so a lot of companies get a bad reputation unwarranted. I am one who will leave honest reviews good or bad. I was looking for a school hoodie for my 2yr old grandson with the year he graduates personally added. Spirit Shop is the only place I found that personalizes our local high school apparel. The hoodie arrived very quickly and is absolutely perfect. Very thick material and the print is clear and precise. The best part is, this is an American company that produces trustworthy products.

Items arrived very quickly. I did have a question and my email was answered quickly...although I had already placed my order which was unfortunate. I was on a time crunch.
However we are very dissatisfied with the quality of the color block raglan baseball type shirt. The sleeves are VERY SHORT and oversized, like hanging not tight 3/4 sleeve. I would take it back to the store if it was a store to take it to. Disappointing.

I do not recommend this site! I purchased an order and paid an additional for $35 for overnight shipping. Even with production time I received the item 11 days following my order and they refused to refund my shipping cost. I received no update about my order during this time until it was shipped closer to two weeks later. I have called, used the website to track its status, etc and was not given a response until I asked for a refund for shipping to which they refused.
Ordered a sweatshirt what arrived was not right they refused to exchange it or let us return it for refund.
I would advise people to stay away from these people if they wont correct a simple problem.

We're always happy to replace items that don't match your order confirmation. I see that the product you received does indeed match the lacrosse design on your confirmation, and that our customer service team has offered a discounted replacement if you wish to order a design other than what you originally ordered.

Got the shirts finally yet one has 2 big holes in it. And it looks dirty like it has been worn.
Ordered almost $100 worth of shirts. Came in and they seemed decent, so a week later I was going to order a couple more. Placed my order but then was like woah I can't afford this right now. So within a few minutes of ordering I emailed them. Asked to cancel. Within a few minutes of this email I get a confirmation that my order has shipped. Mind u this was a custom order with several different items and designs. I was like wtf. So I waited and waited. Finally a week later I get a response. Sorry u must cancel within an hour your order has shipped. OK 1. Nowhere did it state this on the website. 2. It was less than 10 minutes when I emailed them. 3. The "shipped" email still shows waiting for receipt of product to be shipped and its been over a week. So yea they are shady they lie and my products have not been sent yet. So u decide.
The quality of the fabrics and logos was poorly done. I will not be using your company moving forward.
The logos seem to look like they are peeling off and the fabric is already piling. This is not what I expected

Being able to preview as you go & so many great designs to pick from, I was able to create & customize so many items that are unique to me! Every item was perfect, as ordered and the quality far exceeds the standard at a fraction of the cost! If you are considering buying from SpiritShop... Dont... keep shopping. I ordered a sweatshirt for my 10 year old and it was extremely poor quality, to short to wear and the print was not as it appeared on the website that I signed off on. When I contacted SpiritShop... Their customer service staff were less than helpful. I sent pictures of what I ordered and signed off on and what I rec'd. No refunds aloud and when I asked to upsize since their sizing was way off... I was told no. They took my money and didn't stand behind their product... It's a scam and I would certainly never refer anyone to this website!
Order face mask on 12/14 as their website said 2 day shipping and paid $22.75 for postage. They wrote back that is was 2 day shipping for when order was shipped not ordered. I guess Amazon is the only company that can do that. I requested my shipping charge be refunded and they will not respond to my requests. Of course they do not have a customer service number and now I KNOW WHY they have a 1.3 rating and many negative reviews. Do not order from this company. Terrible customer service and misinformation on shipping. Today is 12/19 and still have not received.

We recommend you measure a hoodie you already own for comparison and then choose whatever size most closely matches those measurements. To measure, lay the hoodie on a flat surface and measure across the front from seam to seam about 1" below the arm hole. Length is measurement from the highest point of the shoulder near the neckline down to bottom hem.
