The Customer Service & Sweatshirt Is Perfect. My Grandson had teachers and classmates where he got it from. He texted me and I told him to share the info. I accidently keyed 1 digit in our address incorrectly. It went to a neighbors home and they don't speak english. We are acres apart so I checked and they had the sweatshirt for days and had returned to sender the evening I went to their home. We communication barriers and ingenuity we were able to get an understanding. I contacted customer service and they graciously sent another sweatshirt to us although they had not received the 1st one back yet because it was only 1 day since I went to our neighbors home. Thank You Spirit Shop! Customer for life. I have 2 more grandsons and will be using your service.

I've had mediocre experience with the spirit shop. I found you through my neighbor who's a high schooler, I ordered about $2000 worth of stuff from you guys. I accidentally ordered a medium. I don't even know how I did it pants that says Rutherford high school mom which I am not, I read that I was supposed to get 50% off if something was wrong with the sweatpants which I did not, I also ordered a couple of shirts that have our last name and it says Rutherford high school quarter strong. The strong is all mashed together where you can't even make out the word strong so those two experiences were very disappointing Sincerely, Janine Kordas.

I placed a bulk order of t-shirts for the students at the school where I work, in anticipation of a field trip where they would need to wear these shirts. I ordered with plenty of time for processing and shipping. However, when we received the order it was missing several items, and also included sizes that we did not order. When I asked them to rectify this issue and rush ship them so they would arrive in time, I was told that it wasn't possible and they didn't know what happened. There was no apology for the error and no effort to make it right. They did end up shipping the missing t-shirts, but they did not arrive until more than a week after our field trip, and during our spring break so we weren't even in school. I will not be ordering from Spirit Shop again.

I purchased 4 items for Christmas and they came on time. The product was as advertised.

However, one of the shirts was too large and I emailed on Monday, 12/30/24 to request an exchange. Due to the holidays, I did not expect an immediate reply.

After no response by Friday, 1/3/24, I sent a follow up email. In this email, I stated that if an exchange was not possible, I would like a refund for the one shirt.

On Sunday, 1/5/24, I sent another follow up email, explaining that I will give honest reviews about their non existent customer service and contact my bank to get the charge reversed.

When you run a business, you should check and reply to your customer emails.

Spirit shop replied with the "we don't take returns because they are custom items" This doesn't have my name on it. It has the school name. My reply to their email:

So, because it's custom printed, I have to guess and hope the size I pick is correct or else I have to suck it up and deal with an incorrect size? And if I choose wrong, I can get a discount on another item? No thanks. I think you just lost a customer who has 4 kids in sports and probably would have used you a lot more and recommended you to other people. Now, I won't use you again and I will recommend others don't use you.
