I purchased two costumes from this store, and the quality was absolutely terrible. One of the costumes even arrived with the underwear unstitched on the side. I returned all the items, including the accessories, without even opening their packaging. I followed all the deadlines and returned everything in its original packaging.

However, the store claimed the item was used and refused to refund my money. I would never wear something of such poor quality. This company acts in bad faith to avoid processing refunds.

Do not buy from this store.

Ok I'm a total vs girl always have been but they have met their match. Spicy are so much more powerful! They are beautifully made with reinforced stitching in all the right places to give the strength for fabulous support. Bye-bye vs- I don't think I'll be back.

Shopping on Spicy is amazing. Easy to navigate through the site and there's always a great sale. My items ships out the same day, so you can order an outfit for the weekend on Tuesday and have it to wear Saturday.

I've shopped here a few times and always have a wonderful experience. Online, or on the phone. I like the specials and the easy options to skip each month. They also have an easy exchange or return process when needed. I would highly recommend shopping at Spicy.

I thought I was being proactive by purchasing a gift for Valentines Day 2 weeks ahead. I was wrong! I tried tracking my order and everything was definitely taking the maximum amount of time. When I asked a customer service representative about my order, there was zero pleasantries. They only stated a shipping timing that was completely different than what is printed on their website. I was very disappointed that they weren't more helpful or friendly in assisting me. I will never shop at a place that puts such a low value on customer satisfaction. I would discourage anyone from buying from this place. It was a huge disappointment.

Only two stars so some people will read and not think it is a slam. Order for Christmas on Dec 10 for Christmas as they said they could make it. It did not. It never made it. No order number provided or tracking fee. Called customer service. They states that the back was returned to sender, since they say on their website that it would be sent UPS, but agent said it went UPS. Order was not received back by them, it has been 8 weeks. They will not forward new product, they will not credit it back until they receive it NO MATTER WHAT. They were proud to say they will charge return shipping fee. They were argumentative and I was just surprised to get an agent. This is a Chinese SCAM company. DO not order. I lost $119.00

I think I finally understand my correct size. Your bottoms run big your tops run small. Sizes are true to size. I have fallen in love with crotchless have double of all colors. If you have any type of undies fetish this site is gonna send you over the top trust me. Fenty is a horribly satisfying addiction I love want and buy everything.

My experience was great because the sale was amazing I did most of my Christmas shopping and used up my credits. I love that there are ladies and mens options my husband and daughter will be happy in there soft outfits this Christmas as well as a few other family members.

Love the prices, styles, and the fashion show has blown Victoria's Secret out of the water! The fact they offer men's and women's styles is a huge plus too, because we can each get new goodies! Love the VIP pricing! Again, did I say the styles are awesome?!?
