Terrible experience with the crew members. My brother had flight from Amritsar to Dubai. Two Turban Security Guys were forcefully asking for money said you are going first time foreign so give us some money. He had two hundred rupees so he gave that. But they said this is not enough. So my brother transferred more 500 hundred rupees. Won't recommend this airline to anyone because of their corrupt staff members..

Travelled 24/06/23 front srinagar to delhi. Received my luggage in broken condition. They don't even respond to it.
I have faced similar issues in the past.last time my luggage was stripped in an attempt to steal the belongings.worst airlines.I wrote to them and they said. Sorry for inconvenience.

I am aghast at the horrible conduct of Spicejet airlines. A flight from Delhi to Kashmir had been planned. There was no intimation in the night. But in the morning our 8;15 flight was delayed to 11:00. When we desired to change our flight to 9:15 we were informed of a further delay to 10:15. A game it was that they were playing on us. Delay after delay. To all those who are here to check for my opinion, I comment that this is probably the worst airline ever. They don't deserve to operate. I highly urge the Indian government to shut down these airlines.

Pathetic service. Rude staff. Brainless Manager. They don't care about customer. Our flight was at 5.20AM from Goa to mumbai. They didn't notified passengers about flight cancellation. And then the staff was giving brainless responses to the customers. They were literally laughing when people raised there voice. I wont go for SpiceJet ever in my life again. Airline's business is not running profitable anyhow. And if SpiceJet just have this kind of service/attitude, then I wish it goes into such debt that if will crash like hell.

Never come across a more awful airline service than SpiceJet.

I had booked return direct flights from Mumbai to Srinagar with them. While the onward flight was preponed by 4 hours, 12 hours in advance creating mayhem in our schedules; the return flight timing was changed 4 times in the nth hour in a span of 10 hours citing their standard operational upheavals which no other airline seem to face. Finally, we were put on a via Delhi (3 hour halt) flight. I was traveling with my senior citizen mom and we ended up spending 12 hours in the airport reaching a day later in lieu of what should have taken us 3 hours. It was the most harrowing experience as my mom was a complete wreck with this ordeal. No apology was tendered. To add, in the flight from Srinagar to Delhi, the flight crew did not even bother distribute drinking water as they were busy with their banter and gimmicks.

Even if you are given a free ticket, give it a miss!

We had pre-booked flight tickets from Delhi to Hyderabad, expecting a 7 am departure. Unfortunately, the flight experienced multiple delays: first pushed to 8 am, then further delayed to 10:50 am, 11 am, and finally 12:15 pm. These continuous delays were quite challenging for us, significantly disrupting our schedule. The airline's inefficiency led to a waste of our precious time. When we requested lounge access due to the prolonged delay, the airline offered a meal instead.

There were murmurs among passengers about SpiceJet's limited staffing and flights, suggesting that they might be playing games with travelers. One unfortunate individual missed their flight and sought assistance from the airline but received no support; instead, they were advised to purchase a new, expensive ticket.

Overall, the lack of support and the series of delays left us deeply dissatisfied. Based on this experience, I strongly advise against booking a flight with SpiceJet, even if they offer enticing deals.

I hope this message reaches you. I am writing to inform you of my decision to discontinue traveling with SpiceJet based on recent experiences.

Regrettably, the punctuality issues and inconveniences I have faced during my recent flights have led me to lose confidence in the airline's service reliability. As a result, I have decided to explore alternative options for my future travel needs.

I believe in constructive feedback and hope that this decision serves as an opportunity for SpiceJet to reevaluate its operational processes, particularly with regard to punctuality and customer satisfaction.

I appreciate the attention to this matter and hope for improvements in the future.

I had a complicated flight Goa-Chennai, Chennai-Dubai, Dubai-Kutaisi. The employees at the airport told me that the first flight was delayed, and because of that I didn't get on all the other flights, and the employees couldn't offer me an alternative route. Because of this I could not fly anywhere, and my Indian visa expires, which threatens me with a fine and deportation. SpiceJet employees told me that they could refund my money only for the first flight in full, but even that did not comply and deducted a fine of 2930 rubles, writing that I did not show up at check-in, although I have an official letter from the employees. Technical support did not give a damn about my claims. Of the 34,117 p. I returned only 7,047 p. By holding back all the possible penalties and taxes. My plans are ruined, my money stolen, NEVER FLY THIS AIRline!

I have to cancel my flight. They are not even refunding 1/4th amount of actual booking price. There customer service is also pathetic. Only robots speak on the other side. No human is there to guide on call.

Flight from Bagdora to Delhi. This airline is worst airline. First they cancle the flight from Delhi to Bagdora. Now they are changing flight time from 4 th time and the customers services women were not helpful at all. My original flight was 3:20, they changed to 4:45,7:20 and than they are changing it from 9 pm. I am traveling with my child and my parents and they are not providing us any hotel accommodation. Never book a flight with them. They are here just to earn a money, they don't think about their passanger at all.

The airline that is regularly irregular. Every time I've traveled by spice jet I've never made it on time. They keep delaying the flight reason being technical

This is with absolute frustration that i decided to write this review during yet another of your last minute reschedules i had to endure in this ungodly booking i have made for my trip from goa-dxb. A collective delay of close to 15 Hrs.

Spicejet in short is, totally unreliable, unprofessional, unethical bunch of lunatics running a scam focused on making sure to ruin your day or days with their multi level messups one cant even fathom.

None of their ground staffs are aware of what's going on, neither does your call Centre agents.
ABSOLUTE DISGRACE OF A SERVICE PROVIDER! I must say.

There are young mothers with babies and elder person sitting opposite of me as i draft this email to you.

You must be ASHAMED and embarrassed that a collective you have failed to provide a service that all of us PAID for.

Absolutely horrible service on air and on ground!

On the Spicejet site, while booking a flight, on the payment page it gave an offer for the gift card where I will not be charged a convenience fee and will get priority services. I thus bought the gift card from their site, and while applying it is showing transaction error. After contacting them, they said it will take 3 working days to resolve the issue.
It's been more than 10days now, they have not taken any action, flight rates are now sky high and they are not even ready to refund the gift card amount.

This is a trick to lure their customers to prepay for the gift card and then not let them use it so that after a certain period of time they can charge them more for the same trip.

While boarding flight, walking in jetbridge they started checking bag. People standing and they are checking. I asked why you are checking, you could check at starting point so people doesn't have to stand. The staff then told it's for aug 15, if you tell anything more I would take you to cisf and boarding gate would be closed. They threatened me, i was in official visit otherwise I would have make that staff apologize to me. Moreover the flight was delayed for 1 hour they don't have that much shame to apologise.
