Worst service, anytime it will be get delayed for uncertain time covering up saying unavoidable circumstances (which occurs frequently, almost every alternate day)

Staff is clueless about overall services, on board as well assistance at airport (baggage takes an hour of waiting at Pune)

Very attentive and promptness while checking the weight of cabin luggage and will not forget to charge additional even if weight exceeds by half or one kg.

If you wanna try your luck you can do some Toofani

Spicejet airline is a good airline in India. All the flight travelers now prefer the airline. As far as, my trip experience, it has been good and I really like to fly with it. Today, I had my Spice Biz business class experience on the flight from Mumbai to Hyderabad. The flight was for about 2 hour's duration and the ticket price was 2.5 K Rupees. It was again a pleasant experience onboard. I am impressed by the staff in the airline. They are very good. Very helpful. I recommend to try Spice Biz. It is best in the industry with the price it is available.

I select Spicejet flight for being on time flight always. The crew is warm, cordial to treat passengers and suportive. I have not experienced any problem for flying with it since last two years, the time I started flying with the airline. I would recommend the airline with complete heart- as I get good flying experience at a decent cost that is decent than rest in the industry. Recommending the airline.

My flight I booked by mistake ticket costs 3300, but within minutes I want to cancel it after realising that I booked for wrong time, the charges airlines are charging is 3300, like I'll not be getting any amount back, which is a very bad policy, Im disappointed, I'll never take any spice Jet flight in my life also I'll not refer spice Jet to anyone at all. As your policies are very bad. So much disappointed., it's a hard earned money, it's very painful to loose all the money in fraction of seconds with your stupid policies. Totally a big NO to SPICEJET.

Many times I have traveled with Spicejet airline and being a musician, I always carry my guitar with me. A few days ago, I was traveling from Dehradun to Mumbai, When I faced an issue as I was not having a flight case. I was very nervous about what might occur in the event that I had to keep it alongside the baggage, but surprisingly I was permitted to keep the instrument with me during the journey. I am grateful for their kind behavior. I had a pleasant and delightful journey.

My idea for trip begins as you arrive and are out of the airport, but this time my trip flying Spicejet started when I boarded my first flight from Mumbai to Bagdogra. The idea of an ideal trip would be right from a layout of the aircraft to service... no-nonsense, efficient and simple was met on this trip. I was already looking forward to the next 10 days of my travel in the Gujarat landscape which began to already be memorable, a perfect mix of food, nature and amazing culture of Gujarat.

Within 10 mins I had my boarding pass and then ushered to the waiting coach whizzing past the security check. Kudos to Priyanka, the check-in counters executive and thank you to SpiceJet.

For the very first time I hv done booking in Spicejet flight from Jaisalmer to Delhi as I don't have any other option.
But this is the first and the last time... I don't know what they charged in ticket fare if they don't provide any special assistance in seat selection when someone is traveling with baby. Executive on call ws very rude they and don't want to accept the fact that I am traveling with baby and I want the seat next to my family member. They are very rigid and keep on asking the money if I want the whole all seats together..

One of the worst airline ever.my mom and husband was travellingfrom Mumbai to gorakpur but there luggage was not loaded neither there was announcement nor call from done by airline and in luggage my mom medicine injections was there as she is a cancer patient and airlines was not at all taking any responsibility if any damages happen to medicine. They didn't send the luggage in the same day and bcoz of that they had stayed to hotel nor this airline arranged any facilities to them like no hotel booking no money was given to them for hotel staying and food. Such a worst answer irresponsible airlines I would never ever recommend this airline to anybody as my family had gone through so much. So guys if you want to waste time and money then U can travel through such $#*!ty airline.

I had travelled with my family from Cochi to Dubai on 27th December. Great effort by the Lady staff in charge to help my family on arrival visa cleared in time to enable me to travel with family. Have to learn other airline from this lady staff how to become customer oriented and same time friendly

Stop harrazment of passangers by frequently change the flight timeing. One of the 3rd class airline in my life. I never recommended this airline for International flight. Worst air line Spice Jet.

For months FlightNetwork held on to my refund--without, the very least, a notification email that they had received said refund from SpiceJet to be deposited to my account. So for weeks I contacted SpiceJet--as I had received news of the flight cancellation only from SpiceJet, and instruction to contact them for a refund--and all they kept saying was that they had process said refund to my account--which technically wasn't true; failing to tell me they had refunded FlightNetwork who in turn should have refunded me. I received no email from FlightNetwork, no instruction or notification that they had my money. This is sketchy business practice, at best, or outright collusion, at worst. FlightNetwork has yet to process my refund, even after I've contacted them on this matter.

It's been 40 min we sitting inside the plane and there is not update when we are going to fly. I'll give 1 out 10.

I have been denied at the airport that your Rt-PcR test will be exceeding till the time of fight fly due to delay from Amritsar to Dubai. Due to Airline delay fault I have to suffer no one helped me out at the time and Pissed of bu Spicejet Crew at the Amritsar airport Even i have the valid report according to the exact time of flight... Even i called Customer relation executive also who confirmed me that report will work because you have a big layover i have his recording also confirming that they will be not requring your new covif report as it is your layover and flight got delayed... I am sending you Voice note and flight ticket please check and get back to me...

After that I will escalate this issue to conaumer care and that Spicejet is cheating with customers. When they have there own fault. After confirming me by your person i unable to take that light which cost me Allot it is waste of my time and money... I will go to Court if there will no action On it...
