Placed an order on 10/11/22. The shipping doesn't update. Still waiting 10 days later. Do not order online for anything u may need sometime soon. Should have just drove the 120 miles to the nearest Spencer's to get what I needed. Will never order online again.
Joe was awesome, great guy and very professional. He was very knowledgeable about any and everything I asked and then some. Kevin was awesome too
The service tech did an amazing job. He went above and beyond. He paid attention to every detail and explained everything at the end.
Service tech Reed performed the annual inspection of the encapsulated crawl spaces and two dehumidifiers under this four townhouse condominium building. He was prompt, professional, and thorough. Very pleased with the service (and with the responsiveness of Spencer any time they are called).
Paid for priority shipping, did not get sent priority, then they blame it on the post office. 2 separate customer "service" reps hung on me without resolution, and I did not even swear at them. So overall terrible, but they are good at taking your money.

I ordered a backpack for my daughter's first day of school online. I got a confirmation and also a time frame when to expect the backpack it never arrived at that time frame and now she's out of a backpack for thr first day of school and when I called customer service I explained the situation and was expressing on how I was upset she said she couldn't hear me and ended the call real quick. She was listening perfectly fine when I read the confirmation number. I'm never ordering there again!

I didnt recive my package it was marked as delivered and spencers says they cant do nothing about it that I should just wait I've been waiting they dont even wanna give me a refund

Bought one item for my wife three days ago. It wasn't quite what she wanted, so I returned it unopened, undamaged, with the receipt. They would not refund my money, only offering store credit, citing "store policy". Store credit does me no good, as there is nothing there that I want. I left and threw the item in the trash, which is where their awful customer un-service belongs. Will never be back.

I came in today to shop around as I frequent this location often. Upon arrival I wasn't greeted with a hello or a smile, but simply a glare from a disgruntled white female employee. I tried on a pair of sunglasses and placed them on my head so my hands were free to browse their ginormous t-shirt section. This employee, Bella, then walks up to me and accuses me of shoplifting and tells me to leave. As someone who shops at Spencer's and has spent hundreds of dollars there on merchandise, I was appalled. I tried to explain the misunderstanding, but all she said was "byeee!" in a sarcastic rude tone. I'm a Native American woman and I have never been treated with such blatant disrespect and stereotyping. She is a very ugly girl with an ugly soul. Bella, if you read this- try not to judge a book by it's cover. I had two friends pass away last night and thought that some retail therapy might help. Clearly not. I will not be shopping here again and I will be telling my many many MANY friends who also loves Spencer's to stay away. Hot topic is better with friendlier employees anyways. Best to spend your money there. Thanks nothing, Bella. I found a better pair of sunglasses next door. I hope you do something about this because this is very unacceptable and I will get the news involved if I have to because they tend to react poorly when injustice and racism is happening in our city. Normal day, right? We went to our local mall to go shopping because my paycheck finally came in. So we went and explored all the shops, until we came across a store that looked like a Hot Topic spinoff. SPENCERS. We decided to go inside because my goth cousin loves emo $#*! like platform boots and ripped jeans, all the basics. So I was going to get her something. We went into the store, and it was the last thing we expected. There was too much nudity and sexual stuff in there, and they didn't even have a sign that said "NO KIDS ALOUD". We quickly tried to hurry out of the store, until my little sister, Melissa, who is 8 years old, picked up a seemingly innocent mug. She turned it around to face her, screamed, and then dropped it, shattering the mug. She then fled from the store, and I had to go looking for her with my bf before an employee saw the shattered mug. After 16 minutes of searching, we finally found her have a mental breakdown in the mall bathroom because she forgot to take her OCD and ADHD meds. When we went home, I had to explain to my mother why she was traumatized and had a mental breakdown, and my mother flipped out and immediately took her to urgent care. It turns out, she was diagnosed with chronic dry eye, autism, and post traumatic stress disorder. And this is ALL. SPENCERS. FAULT.

Harassment saying my daughter was the person from last night that she was stealing! She was at home! 10 NEGATIVE STARS
I bought a few chokers and pant chains from the store, they looked very nice. But when I got home and I took the chokers off from the card stock the choker part was bent in a uncomfortable way, and when I wore it on my neck it felt like I was wearing a piece of cardboard. No matter how I tried to shape it, bend it, twist it, it just wouldn't fit well on my neck. The sides kept poking out. And not to mention how easily their pant chains break. I was trying to put a plastic pant chain on and I noticed one of the links was twisted in a odd position so I tried to fix it. But the moment I barely moved it the link snapped. I was dumbfounded, that pant chain costed me 15 dollars and it just broke that easily. I had another incident where this other metal pant chain I bought just kept falling apart. The links holding it together would just bend out of place randomly throughout the day. I've fixed that one pant chain like 4 times already and it continues to fall apart at different spots so I just stopped wearing it. Their products look nice and everything, but the materials they are made of is crap. I don't recommend spending a lot of money at Spencers. Their stuff doesn't last.
P.S. The metal chain is supposed to have a second chain attached to it but it fell off somehow and I never saw it again.

Since when don't you get cash back when you pay cash. A sham of a place they need to put signage up and replace the employees at the Staten Island Mall store maybe tell customers "hey if you want to return this for any reason you aren't getting your money back we will let you exchange or give you store credit" what if I don't need anything else. It's a sweatshirt give me my money back.

After purchasing $60 worth of gag gifts three weeks later I find that the package may arrive by horse cart from Indiana some time within the next few months. Refunds are almost impossible to receive. Customer Service doesn't care, as I'm the stupid one for ordering from them.

I placed an order for a Christmas sweater online, I ordered the sweater on Tuesday morning and psaid extra for expedited shipping to arrive by Saturday for a Christmas sweater party my husband and I were attending. I did not recieve my sweaeter so my husband had no sweater fior the party we attended. I ccalled customer service Monday to get my money back for my edpedited shipping and the lady was extremly rude. She said that they dont count weekend when shipping but yet their site staeted I would recive it on Saturday. If you dont count weekends then you need to update your site. She said if I didnt receive it by minday night then they would reund me. Here its Wednsday still no sweater and Ive tried multiple times with customer service to get my money back and have been given the runaround. This has been the worse customer service eperience I have ever had, I would not order anything from spencers online, because if it doesnt work out then good luck getting your money back.
I had order two items and this was the second time they messed up my order the first one they sent me was someone else order and I tried to get my items again and the second one was definitely the wrong items again. I am beyond mad at this point they can't do anything right
